This place is a joke. I bought 2 items of which one of them was full of stains. Not only the return policy is very unclear on their site but also they never will give you your money back. I had to choose another item to replace it, and it was priced for £20 in their site and they were asking me £40 AND pay again the delivery. This place is a scam. Never buying again

You are able to return any item that you receive, all you need to do is email us or fill in the contact form on the website. We will then offer you to exchange the item or receive store credit. If neither of those suit, you can opt for a refund. You should receive a reply within 48 hours. You can also contact us via social media.
Please can you send us over your order number so we can look into this as we wouldn't ask for more money than the item costs unless there is a price difference between the original and the replacement.
