SCAM!! Took my payment and said they'd send me an email to access my eBook within 24 hours. 3 days later and still no email. I tried calling and the number was disconnected. Emailed them with the order number and no response. Wish I read everyone's comments here first.

This is a scam site. They will not deliver your pdf within 24 hours, however, they will take your money. The phone number comically leads to a busy message from Verizon, and no one answers the email.

Was suspicious when my payment went through paypal to a completely random account. It says you will receive an Ebook i
24 hours after purchase yet I received a shipping number and was told it would arrive in a week. I received a shipping number and usps link however, nothing ever came in the mail. Phone number is useless as well. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Totally got scammed, another student in my class shared their link and said the class book was cheaper here. It’s says you get an email with the book within 24 hrs. 4 days later no book. I’ve tried to call and email and haven’t got any answers. The charge says it went to Golden Sunrise Decoration Company Limited. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I purchased ebook that was supposed to be emailed to me within 24 hours. 5 days later there is no sign of it. I sent email to customer support - ho reply. I called several times - calls get dropped. Looks like this a scam - do not buy from this place.

2/5 Update: i recieved the download link to the ebook i bought 9 days later… i did not get the book within the said time frame written on the website but i did end up getting the product. if youre looking for a non sketchy and reliable website this isn’t a place you should buy from unless you want to test out your luck.

1/27: i ordered a book from this store which was supposed to be sent as a link to my email after purchase and i never recieved it. contacted them through email/website and never got a response. called them, call did not connect and the number was based in pennsylvania despite the store being in boulder colorado??? my paypal payment went to a company based in myanmar??? thankfully paypal refunded me but DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!! LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!

SCAM!!! FRAUD SITE! Do not order on this site! The books are not available! They will take your payment and not respond save the hassle of a dispute with your financial agency. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

I read the previous reviews and was convinced I got scammed. To the contrary was happy to receive an email link to my download this morning. It saved me 120 dollars and now I can begin studying for my Green Belt Certification. Thank you Rickybooks!

I think this site is a scam, I got a book that was supposed to be sent to my email as a copy within 24 hours. I tried emailing twice and calling but the call wouldn’t go through.
Also the PayPal payment goes to a different name.
I wouldn’t buy from here.

1/23/25-Site seems to be a scam. Says their address is in CO but phone number is for PA and is disconnected. The invoice from Paypal has it as Nguyen Thi Van. My American Express has is listed as the payment went to Mark Paypal in CA

I ordered a book the night of 1/22 and the cautionary note stated that it was not physical so that I would be getting it over email within 24 hours. I still have not received it and no one is responding to my calls or emails. I’m hoping my credit card company can dispute the charge.
