deposit 100, won 900. Refuse to withdraw it, then eventually wiped the 900 from my account and I was left with the original 100. worst company ever, take the money so easily but won't pay it. do not ever use

Really poor casino, rare wins, I put in over $7k and never close to winning or above the water, stay away from these criminals, payouts are 5-15 days and verification not easy, they take, take, take.

I deposited over $200.00 and I asked for a bonus and I was told that I wasn't eligible for a bonus as I had one recently.

It started off okay but they are ultimately dodgy. They make it hard to withdraw your money. Asking for photos of your bank card and banks statements to prove it's your account. I uploaded a bank statement less than 3 months old. I showed them and made a withdrawal but was asked for another one 2 weeks later. They just want to delay people getting their money out to increase the chances they gamble more. Unethical company.

Absolutely appalling they need to be investigated immediately. They will not pay you or will make it impossible to get your money. Support are useless and will run you in loop after loop for days on end. They are 100% breaching Australian laws. You should never be giving bank statements selfies with you ID and pictures of the front and back of your card. I did it though and they will make you send it again and again and again and once you get verified, they will maliciously block every withdrawal request

They ruined my life, they trick you and make you feel good and they end up taking your whole life’s savings and put you in massive debt. 3k i put in one session and i won no more then $150 in the 3 hours i played. I have never experienced a casino that gives you nothing but takes everything. However, I received a call from a person named Ryan who had advised he got my number from other online casino sites and my name went in the draw to win up to $7500 and my name was drawn out. Moving forward, to receive it, he advised me to put through $50 and I will receive 100% deposit bonus and 100 free spins. He also advised after I have played this all that, some sparkling effects will take place and it will tell me I have won up to $7500. Well I played the game and nothing happened, Sent a message to customer service and they advised you have received everything you were meant to. They are scammers!!!! Do not agree to anything or deposit if they call you.

After taking 100s they stall in withdrawals. One support person will say I need to upload certain documents I'll do that then wait more day .another person will tell me to do it all again and wait an even longer time ..this is so sketchy
