What a great company! The customer care team Crislyn, Jelly Mae &Zyrah went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were taken care of. They stayed in constant communication. When all was said in done they replace my product with a brand new one. No fuss, no fight. Jetson has a excellent customer service department.

I was helped by Rose Lynn Ann Irea, and she was fantastic. I had to submit a warranty claim for a hoverboard because it wasn't charging, and she was super professional. I hate online support because it lacks being actually helpful. But not with Rose, she did not recommend I try 25 things, just straight to the point. Overall great service thus far.

I just want to mention I had an issue with a hover board and Rosa Ann Lynn was a support person I spoke with she was very professional and courteous. Listen to everything I had to say and was patient explained the process completely.

I had a problem with my Jetson E bike which was giving me error. I contacted the support team and they handled the situation in nicely manner. The Rose Irea stayed in contact till the problem is resolved. She is great in dealing and respects the clients perspective. I am very happy and overall great experience.

Horrible customer service. We had a hoverboard for my kids that we purchased extended warranty on. When we had an issue the warranty company covered quickly. I went to go use the warranty to buy another one and prices were so much higher than my warranty. Jetson would not let me do a 2nd payment to cover the additional cost. I had to buy a hoverboard that was maxed out at 88 pounds (my 12 year old kid is over that) because that was my only option. They were rude to me and would not provide any resolution. All I wanted was one my son could ride and was willing to pay the difference.

The company stood by its warranty and then some, together with Costco they took care of my issue with stellar diligence. Rose Lynn Ann Irea with Customer service went above and beyond to stay on top of my situation and handled it with the most care and professionalism attitude out there. Thank you all.

My girls love their electric scooters. But my younger daughter lost her charger and hasn't been able to find it for a month...I contacted customer service to order a replacement and Rose Lynn got me squared away very quickly! She was very polite and professional. My replacement is on the way and my girls no longer have to share a charger.

My problem was with my Atlas e-bike. The charger wasn't charging the battery even though the light was green. Consequently, the battery ran down and would not charge even with a replacement charger. Zyrah Tugdang was the representative that helped me. They were prompt, professional and pleasent to deal with. My problem has been solved with the assistance of Zyrah and I am more than pleased.

Bought a fat tire electrical bike. The bike rides great. Had some issues with it and Petty Mangoilimotan, with customer support, help us out. After going thru some troubleshooting, the bike was replaced with no hassle. I will definitely purchase another Jetson bike in the future and definitely recommend to anybody looking to buy an electrical bike.

My beloved Jetson Arro stopped turning on for some mysterious reason and that was very distressing because I love it AND depend on it for work and life in general.
I was worried that I'd have to live without it while saving to buy a new one BUT Jetson honored the warranty and Christine Marie Reamillo was super helpful and efficient in authorizing a replacement to be sent to my house.
I am joyous and relieved because I really do feel like an ambassador for the brand—people are always asking me about my bike and I give them honest reviews, which = mostly ++ enthusiasm (so handy, especially for short urban commutes and train travel!) and the caveats (the newer versions are better than the early ones, replacing flats is a hassle).
