We had an issue with the screen on one of our scooters we just purchased and Rose Irea has been emailing with me and quickly helped me with a solution and answered all my questions. Great company with amazing customer service.

Had to return an electric scooter and it was truly easy to work with the tech team at Tru Ride (Jetson) . They prompted me with some things they needed and I was able to get my replacement in order. Will be a return customer for this reason. Thank you.

Do not buy from them .. they are horrible they promised to finally send a replacement for my childrens scooters that werent working made me sign an agreement to toss the scooters and then came back with now they wont send me the scooters for my kids stating its out of stock which isnt i spoke with angela yanong. Complete liar even stated the original scooter they were trying to send wasnt age appropriate for my kids then went back and now wont send me the scooters .. would never invest in them and you shouldnt either they lie . The warranty means nothing .. look at their other reviews

We were disappointed to find that the product we purchased from Academy had a dead battery. However, we were very pleased with the ease of communicating with the customer service department (specifically Rose Irea), which allowed us to get the issue resolved in less than 24 hours. I would have no problem buying any products from this company in the future!

I had some issues with my E-Scooter and needed assistance with validation of my proof of purchase. After doing some digging with the Coast Guard Exchange "The seller" and sending Jetson whatever I was able to receive from the seller Jonas Lavares helped in validating my proof of purchase. My son had a scooter and one of the wheels just broke off completely and the company was going to replace it but UPS lost the package and it was just at a standstill and I wasn’t having any communication with them but then I called and Marvin Seva fixed the issue. He created an order for the replacement and made sure my son receives his scooter replacement. Thank you Marvin for saving the scooter rides!

I had an issue with our Granddaughters Hoverboard charging. It wasn't that old. Jetson is GREAT to work with. We went through some troubleshooting, which did not work. I was contacted then by Dareal. Very kind. They sent me a new one for her that I received today. Highly recommend this company. They stand behind their products, and their customer service is absolutely AMAZING. Also had correspondence with Jessa.

I bought the ebike on September 2024 and had issue with the power button just recently. I filed a warranty claim and they did a good job on assisting me. I purchased two electric dirt bikes back in December and both of the bikes stopped working. I contacted Jetson Electric and Rosa Irea was amazing at assisting me. I was informed that both bikes would be replaced.

Reached out to customer service about my Sons hoverboard not working correctly. The response time was a bit slow however, Rose Irea helped me out and she ended up getting a new replacement board out to me. Definitely worth it.
