terrible customer service

I absolutely love spinning and since moving offices went to check out Ride Republic! My first class was great... the second and third class both times by pedals broke, the instructor didn't help me and said I should go and talk to someone at reception (what a waste of time during a spin class) I then had to move bike and therefore was no longer on the league board, which is sort of the point of this spin classes, to see your stats but also for motivation. I have emailed 3 times to complain.. no reply.. Instagram messaged, no reply.. Not good enought for a £20 class!
