Rider Share platform is such a good way for riders who want to try different kinds of bikes out. All the owners are very nice and majority of the bikes are in excellent condition

Friendly, fast, and super easy to work with. Took a motorcycle rental for a long motorcycle tour and the bike performed flawlessly.

This was my first time doing a motorcycle tour, and the staff made it incredibly easy by helping me pick the right motorcycle rental. Fantastic experience.

I worked with Ana in customer service, as I attempted to work out some account issues to get a rental up and running. Ana was quick, helpful, kind, and well spoken. It’s rare to find such stellar he... See more

I rented the Yamaha Tenere 700 from…

I rented the Yamaha Tenere 700 from Colin in Fairbanks Alaska in June 2024. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had from a man namedColin. He hooked me up with extra tools and a spare gas tank. He also gave me his number to call if I had any issues/questions. I highly recommend renting from here!

Damage Waiver is a Rip Off

I've rented bikes on riders-share.com before and it was a fine experience. Last week, I rented a 2013 Triumph Bonneville T100 and was charged $165 for Minimum Damage Waiver for 1 day rental. I have been riding over 25 years. The Damage Deductible was $4,000 and Liability / Theft / TL Deductible was $5000. The bike is probably only worth $2000 tops. This is absolutely ludicrous to charge that much. I called Customer Support and was told the premium is based on rider experience, age, bike value. No explanation what factor drove the premium that high. I'll not be using this service again and wouldn't recommend it to any else.

I apologize, we use 35 factors and a neural network to predict risk; the staff don't really know. It could've been the bike itself for lacking ABS brakes; it could've been your credit score. This system helps us keep prices 50% lower than competitors on average while still helping the company remain profitable.

I recommend using Rider-share.com

I am so happy with the use of Rider-share.com. I rented a Honda Goldwing for 13 days and paid only 1030 dollars including insurance and roadhelp assistance.

Bike was great. Very good check out / check in app with pictures to be taken.

Have only good experience and I recommend to use Rider-share instead of this rental companies who rip you off. I paid one third compare to others which had rented motorbike by ordinary rental companies.I am so happy about the bike and trip. Thanks

BIKE OWNERS AVOID THIS BUSINESS

BIKE OWNERS AVOID THIS BUSINESS .

I would NOT recommend OWNERS to list their bike on this unethical business. I had rented out my s1k on the website for a few times, 1st time was a renter that had for a week and brought it back with no issues. But the second renter brought it back with the exhaust off the engine. I thought it would be an easy fix as I had installed the exhaust as I have done on many other bikes but the bike had a lot of damage under the fairings. There was damage to the belly fairing, frame, dents on oil pan, melt fan, melted belly fairings. I sent the pictures and letter from the repair shop to rider share but they completely ignored all the evidence and said they cant prove it has happened during the reservation.

After several rentals

After several rentals, and having up to 5 bikes on Riders Share, I have to give them a 5 star rating. Every rental has been great but through each rental, we had one concern...what would happen when a rider damages one of our bikes. Would the insurance process be fair and reasonable? The answer is absolutely. We had complete resolution with fair compensation for the damage and with great support. Thats 5 stars for sure. I highly recommend Riders Share!

Thank you! We go by available evidence and as long as you follow the rules (check-in pictures, filing a claim within a reasonable amount of time, etc.) we try to pay claims within days, if not hours of an accident happening.

As a once upon a time renter now turned…

As a once upon a time renter now turned owner I’ve gotta say this company started out great, but as time has passed it has become apparent this company is either unbelievably greedy or in dire straits. I went today to potentially rent from the site for an upcoming trip and was shocked to see they’re started charging an insane amount of extra fees and deductible cost to rent for even one day. It immediately became apparent as to why my bike has not been rented for the last few months. I hope ownership of riders share realizes what this will do in the long run and adjust otherwise I’ll be taking my bike off the site and my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, our original prices did not allow us to be sustainable. They were subsidized by VC money. We still have the lowest prices for rentals 2+ days long in the industry, by far, if you care to compare.
