Customer service team is fantastic! I got in touch with them because I had a slight issue with tracking my delivery and hadn't received an item on time, and Elliot in particular was very swift in his responses and actually sent out a new jacket with free express delivery to ensure I got my jacket within a couple of days. Really happy with the customer service I received and the procuct itself is excellent!

Not only this company has the coolest snowgear but it also haves there service on the front row. Ordered a jacket last march, and went snowboarden about a month ago. Discovering defects in the fabric (almost half year later). After contact with support, they took action and send a new one. Props and shoutout to Annelies for the fast and friendly solutions!

By far the best place to shop for outdoor clothing. My partner and I have made many purchases off this site, and have fleeces, hoodies and hats. The quality is amazing, and the delivery is fast.

I ordered clothes on the 27th May, the website said 1-2 days delivery time. I have ordered before and received it quickly. This time there is no update to the Track and Trace. My package seems to be in Czechia instead of Ireland. The details on the emails for the same orders all differ in information from price to delivery address. There is no customer service phone number and the online chat doesn't seem to be monitored.

My 4th purchase on Ride Store. They always keep intouch with you on delivery times etc.. and the staff are really helpful. I ordered the Dope Loyd Fleece and it is so comfy. Well worth the money. I will be ordering from here for future purchases. Happy Customer!!

I shop a lot online and it takes some seriously good service to move me to write a review but this is massively well deserved. Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had! Ridestore, you really have got this bang on right. Being kept informed all the time about my item even a personal text to say its packed, that is a genius idea. The zippers don't work. They make their own zippers to be cheap instead of using good quality YKK zippers. The Montec zippers get stuck in the cold. Totally useless. And the fit of the jacket is super bulky. Would not recommend.

Edit: I did reach out to customer service about this and they did not help me.

Everything is amazing. Staff is really good on communication.

I ordered several products last 18.03.2021 and I got them one day later 19.03.2021. Nice and clean homepage and simple navigation as quick delivery. I will purchase again products from them in future.

Due to lockdown and not being able to try on clothes I ordered a load of clothes from this store to try on and potentially put hade due to the free returns - they arrived the next day!
I ended up keeping a ski jacket, trousers, neck warmers and gloves.
Returning the rest of my items was hassle free they included a returns label so I didn't have to find a printer and offered a refund within a couple of days straight back to my PayPal.

Such nice quality clothing and features, I've not tested it on the slopes yet but I absolutely love their jazzy designs! Would without a doubt recommend :)

Would give 10 stars if I could, thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product, the delivery time was super speedy (arrived in 2 days) from Sweden to the UK, and finally the customer service excellent! Will be buying more in the future!

I have never experienced customer service so awesome! Ordered a boarders jacket Nov 2020 for my 13 year old sons 14th birthday in Feb 2021. Obviously winter holiday cancelled due to Covid. I emailed Ridestore just asking if there was anything they could do as obviously the jacket won't fit a growing boy in a years time and our holiday has moved to Feb 2022. Well, they offered keep the jacket & 20% off the new range in October or return it for a full refund. They had no obligation to do anything and told me no time limit on the offer either! Amazing and much appreciated. I will definitely be buying again in October as the quality of the jacket equalled the 1st class customer service.
