I started with the R-X5 software about…6 months ago

I started with the R-X5 software about 6 months ago. I started with a smaller deposit amount to test my confidence in the system. Over several months, I steadily added more funds to my account as I began to feel more comfortable. Over the 6 months, my trade win rate percentage is 77% and I am in profits of a few thousand dollars. Working with Ben and Aira has been both informative and helpful. Overall support has been excellent.

Don’t invest with Ridge Capital…

Don’t invest with Ridge Capital Solutions. It’s coming up to a year for me and I have only lost money. I was with RX10 and lost almost 3k. They then advised that RX25 is more stable however it’s still very volatile. When it does make money it’s usually 1-2 % They haven’t come close to getting me back the money I have lost. Please please please protect yourself from losses. Their sales team is good and show great results but during these volatile economic times the algo’s just don’t work well at all.

Hello Priya –

We’re sorry you had a negative experience with us. We see you were using X25 beginning in late February of last year. X25 was one of the few systems in our roster that took a loss when Trump announced sweeping global tariffs. While we were not happy about any loss, in actuality the general stability of our systems through that event was quite a success. Most of our competitors lost 100% (some more than once) in 2025, and the few of them who were hanging on into 2026 have again lost 100%. While we never celebrate any loss, we do celebrate that the robustness of our platforms have, even at the worst of times, preserved capital enough to recover.

Using one system is always a bit riskier than using 2 or 3 because the odds of simultaneous negative months between systems is drastically lower, sine they are specifically designed to be as non-cross-correlated as possible.

We are excited for the improvements in both soft and hard infrastructure we made in 2025, and will continue to reinvest in 2026 and beyond. One thing we will never guarantee to our clients is that our past performance will continue indefinitely. What we can promise is that we will always remain dedicated to consistent improvement and a focus on capital preservation as paramount.

If you would ever like to come back and demo a few systems, we would love to chat with you anytime!

Buyer beware! Very risky company/industry!

It appears to be a ligit company. But I had to pay $10K for the privilage to invest $10K and lost $1200 the first month. It took 3 months just to recover 2/3rd of it back. If I hadn't demanded a 3 month money back gaurantee (the normal guarantee was 30 days) I would not be able to get out of this risky venture. I lost appx $300 in this venture. Do with this info what you will.
-------

I need to respond to the company's response.
It was filled with incorrect information.
They advised, "During that time-period you earned a net return of 3.9%."
I lost $1200 within the first month. Unless you consider "recovering money lost" a return, which I don't, this is not a return on investment. It's a recovery. In my opinion, a return on investment occurs when you make money above what you invested. I invested $10k and when I finally cashed out I deposited into my bank account $9K and change. How is that considered a return? That is the definition of a loss.

Company stated, "Your purchase was under a 60-day profit guarantee." This is also incorrect. I have a contract document which reads a 90 days guarantee. Where are they getting their information?

Company stated, "Essentially, if you did not earn a net return within a 60-day period, we would issue a refund with no questions asked." They, of course, asked why I was asking for a refund. Duh.

Company stated, "You contacted us about a month after the expiration of this period, while your account was also in profit. We nonetheless issued you a 50% refund in good faith. We want our clients to be satisfied and so did our best to meet you in the middle"
They are correct. I contacted them a month after "they believed" I had a 60 guarantee. I did that just before my 90 day was up. But they did not issue a 50% refund. Infact, they told me that my investment was past the guarantee period and that they could not issue me a refund. I had to remind them that I actually had 90 days.

The truth is that they issued me a full refund of my purchase price, not 50%. That is why I said they are a ligit company and not a scam company. I do appreciate them returning my entire purchase price but I still think this is a risky business and they obviously get a lot of information wrong. These are the true facts.

Good Afternoon!

We’re sorry you had what you feel was a negative experience with us. It took us some time to figure out your identity so we could look back at your records with us. We see you were using R-10 on a demo account (which we highly recommend!) beginning in early March of 2025 and then, after that testing period, switched to a live account on March 26. It looks like you ran that live account from late March until sometime in early July, when your activity stopped. During that time-period you earned a net return of 3.9%.

Your purchase was under a 60-day profit guarantee. Essentially, if you did not earn a net return within a 60-day period, we would issue a refund with no questions asked. You contacted us about a month after the expiration of this period, while your account was also in profit. We nonetheless issued you a 50% refund in good faith. We want our clients to be satisfied and so did our best to meet you in the middle, and we felt this fair and assumed we’d move on amicably.

If you’d ever like to come back and test our products again, we would be happy to have you set up a few demo accounts at no charge.

Acted with integrity

I can't speak to the performance of their algorithm, as I did not get to try it due to circumstances beyond their control. I am giving five stars because they were very easy to work with, and fully refunded my deposit when it turned out that I was not able to proceed. They acted with integrity in this respect, which I very much appreciated.

Good Afternoon,

We’re sorry you weren’t satisfied with the outcome of our systems. Looking at your record, you utilized two of our older algorithmic systems, R-2 and R-2.5.

R-2.5 is a higher risk/reward system. It has statistically done well historically but is designed to be a higher risk/reward model. R-2 on the other hand is a very stable, low risk/reward system. Your R-2 did quite nicely and looks like it’s still running today.

We’d be happy to chat with you about diversification and leveraging a few of our other systems to recover your negative R-2.5 results. Reach out to us anytime at info@ridgecapitalsolutions.com

Overall a good experience

I purchased the Expert Advisor Axis AXIS/R-2 on May 25th and have been profitable every month since. My first contact was with Adam after a sales presentation, and he was able to answer all my questions about the system competently in a one-on-one conversation.

After the purchase, I was assigned my account manager, James Tongco. He is a very friendly and helpful support representative who professionally guided me through the entire setup process. The installation on my VPN system was straightforward and well-documented. Since then, the system has been running stably and profitably.

The results on my account are almost exactly the same as those shown on the linked website. Initially, I was concerned about slight price differences in the trades, which is probably due to the system's launch date. After 60 days, I requested a refund, which was denied/not addressed—in retrospect, I'm very glad I didn't, because the product works exceptionally well and consistently delivers profits.

The results on my account almost exactly match those shown on the linked website. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Axis AXIS/R-2, the support, and the entire process, and I look forward to doing business with this company again.

Conclusion: A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a reliable and profitable Expert Advisor.

Ridge Capital Solutions Delivers Real Results — Excellent Team & High-Performing Algorithms

I’ve been using Ridge Capital Solutions for several of their AI trading algorithms, and the performance—as well as the support—has been outstanding. I currently run four algorithms with them, and each one has produced consistent, reliable returns:

Results as of 11/27/25

R-50 (activated 3/12/25)
13.6% Total Return
2.7% Monthly Return
11.6% Peak Drawdown

R-400 (activated 9/10/25)
14.3% Total Return
5.9 % Monthly Return
1.5% Peak Drawdown

R-S15 (activated 9/10/25)
9.6% Total Return
4.8% Monthly Return
8.5% Peak Drawdown

R-A10 (activated 11/3/25)
7.3% Total Return
10% Monthly Return
0% Peak Drawdown

These returns speak for themselves, and I appreciate that Ridge allows full transparency with third-party tracking links. The algorithms have been stable, consistent, and aligned with the performance expectations set at the start.

A big part of my positive experience has been the team. Ben, my sales rep, has been fantastic—clear, responsive, and always willing to walk me through options or updates. AJ, my technical contact, has been equally excellent. Anytime I’ve needed help, configuration, or clarification, they are always quick and thorough with support.

Ridge Capital Solutions has earned my trust through both performance and professionalism. If you’re looking for algorithmic trading solutions backed by a team that actually cares and communicates, I highly recommend them.

6 months in, Doing Awesome!

I just crossed my 6 month mark with my R-10. I couldn't be happier with the results. 183 days in:

24% total return
4.3% monthly return
2.2% Drawdown

The first 90 days I had my risk settings at factory conservative per Ben's recommendation. After I got a feel for the market and software I bumped up the risk settings to a moderate setting. It's slightly more risk but it's performed perfectly and had a positive return every single month. My account manager Aira is awesome, knowledgeable, and always very responsive when I have questions.

Great all-around experience

My experience has been great from the beginning. I had a very thoughtful and thorough conversation initially with Ben, who sold me first 2 systems. I later on purchased a 3rd system from Ben and have been happy with all 3 since. Aside from the performance, steady appreciation and profits, what stands out about the ridge capital experience is the customer service and availability of everyone. I still speak to Ben regularly although I have not made any further purchases besides the 3 systems I have had for about 6 months. And, my "account manager," James is always quick to help with any issues or questions I have, available to jump on a Zoom (at his earliest convenience) to be able to talk through things, and very patient and helpful when working through the technical things we need to take care of.

The performance of the Ridge Capital Software systems is slow and steady, consistent, with low risk, to compound and build wealth over the long term, it is not a get-rich-quick scheme. So if you are about building long term and compounding your wealth. This is a great product, everyone on the team I have had the pleasure of working with is great and super helpful. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using their product R10 for almost 6 months now and with the exception of one month it has consistently made single digit monthly profits. The drawdowns have been manageable and tolerable so far. The support from my account manager AJ had been outstanding. I was hopping for & expecting slightly higher returns based on sales presentation. It overall just made my software license fee back as of this moment so nothing but green from now on if the algo continues to perform. As an experienced trader who’s looking to get my time back I’ve tried several other algo companies myself (see my other reviews) and have friends who tried other companies as well. Compared to other products that’s available out there, I would highly recommend giving these guys a shot based on my own positive experience thus far. The support is excellent and the software product is performing as expected. I will update this review if things change in the future (only reason this review is not 5 stars is less than 6 months using the product so far and need longer time table for proper evaluation of performance). Always do your own due diligence and research. Good luck in the markets everyone!

Company Has Done Everthing They Promised

I have had an excellent experience with Ridge Capital Solutions so far. I contacted them in July and we talked for several days. My contact was Jay Walker and he worked to educate me, answered approximately 1 million questions, and set me up with the RX5 software. I opened an account with Ox Securities and have been pleased with their service. Hazel Noel has been my technical expert and has held my hand, has always been available and kind. This company is new but I do believe they are experienced through their previous ventures and want to help investors succeed. Of course there is always risk with new technologies and companies, especially when everything is virtual and brokers are overseas. I can't say what the future holds but I can say that the people I have worked with have done everything they've said they would, are very professional, and nice to work with. My account has made an average of about 2% per month over 2 months but it takes a few weeks to scale up to the master, I hear. This opportunity is worth some research and I am hoping for and expecting good returns from their trading of 37 forex pairs, silver, and gold as well using the other softwares they offer.

If you’re looking for an algo that consistently loses money and a company that avoids accountability, look no further than Ridge Capital Solutions. They care only about taking your money without delivering results. Working with them will cost you time, money, and peace of mind. This a very unethical company!

Update:
Are you serious showing those returns in your response below? At that rate, even someone with $30,000 would need 3–4 years just to earn back the license fee. Nothing you’ve shown proves the system actually works long-term, and it’s hard to believe your company will still be around after scamming people with failing algos.

Hi Christian,

We’re very sorry you felt that you didn’t have a good experience with us.

I took some time to review your history with Ridge and found the following:

You purchased our X5 system, which is a proprietary AI based product that rides on 8 sub-systems (i.e. it runs 8 strategies simultaneously). Like all our ML systems, X5 evolves over time.

You were onboarded on June 6 and turned your product off around Aug 1. So you ran your product for a period of only around 36 business / open market days.

During that short time, you adjusted your balance 7 times, at one point adjusting it over 110%.

As you are aware, our products auto-calculate position sizes based on balances. Constant fluctuations in account balance lead to erroneous results. Our products are designed to be left alone. Certainly, we do encourage clients to take withdrawals, but a constant change in account balance will not lead to the best outcome.

That said, your account was performing quite nicely despite those constant deposits and withdrawals… while it’s not really possible to calculate your net profit as a percentage since your balance swung so drastically, your account not only earned a net profit, but saw a maximum drawdown of only -2.9%.

To provide some context on clients who utilized the same product, here are a few X5 audits from people who were onboarded around the same time as you but did not constantly adjust their balances or turn their system off after only a few weeks.

Net return +10.9% / max drawdown -3.7%
https://www.fxblue.com/users/MarkRx5

Net return +6.7% / max drawdown -4.5%
https://www.fxblue.com/users/rcsx5

Net return +4.2% / max drawdown -0.9%
https://www.fxblue.com/users/rx5

Net return +4.4% / max drawdown -3.0%
https://www.fxblue.com/users/wcabahug

Net return +4.1% / max drawdown -1.2%
https://www.fxblue.com/users/johnforte1

There are some variances in returns as durations, brokers, and possibly risk settings may differ.

And all of these great results occurred during one of the most drastic market movements in US history: October 10 of this year.

We are extremely confident in our products. I would love to connect with you 1-1. Please email me at adam@ridgecapitalsolutions.com if you would like.

We are here for you and are confident that if you truly give our products a try, you’ll be as happy as everyone else.

No BS - here's my 1 year review.

I'll say it simply.

I am a funded FTMO prop-firm manual trader. I have plenty of prior experience using EA's/Algos.

I've been using their products for a year now.

I have the R2 (algo) + X25 (A.I)

R2 is now at 63% net profit (Ran this at 2x risk)
X25 is now at 32% net profit. (no adjusted risk parameters)

I'll tell you the most frustrating part of owning this is not agreeing with the trades it takes... until you review it in hindsight. As a manual trader, I would question, why is it taking this trade here? Then you start to see how it hedges it's way out of losing trades and you go... ahhhhhhhh this is fantastic, i understand now!

Definitely not a get rich quick scheme, but I ask myself, where else am I going to consistently beat the market - hands free?

I'm thrilled to be using their products and my wife and I will be looking to deploy more with a different system within Ridge's product lines.

Full transparency: I have been offered a role within their company to work on the sales/marketing side now.

Davith!

It's been awesome getting to know you. You hit the nail on the head... our products are not a get-rich-quick thing. People who are looking for that should just go take an earnings straddle next time AMZN is about to announce. You'll either make 10,000% or lose it all.

To use a baseball analogy, our products are about base hits accumulating over time. It doesn't mean every day, week or month will be a win, but consistency over time leads to steadily rising equity curves when we zoom out.

I see so many people hopping from product to product - trying this or that for a month or two and giving up. Eventually, a lot of people get duped into buying something that gives them a crazy return like 15% or more per month, only to wake up one morning and see their account balance is zero - blown. Our products are designed to be slow and steady and not over leverage risk.

But do the math... $10,000 compounding in an account at an average rate of return of 2.5% per month for 10 years turns into more than most people could hope to retire on even if they put 30% of their income into a 401K for 30 or more years.

That's why we're doing this... Not so people can gamble and try to get rich quick, but to help teach people to take reasonable amounts of capital, put them into controlled risk situations, and let them build over time. For most people, trying to get rich quick leads to nothing but loss, and I think it's pretty sad to see so many people fooled into trying.

Much love!

Didn't profit what I expected..

I would tell you that I lost money but under their warranty it didn't apply because there AI had a number of loosing, open trades. Technically, I had a profit with unrealized losses.

I can't tell you I would not choose to do business with them, because doing so would violate the clause of their contract preventing me from doing so. By contact, I can't disparage them in any way.

In my case, I made money but had negative equity at the end of my 60 days. They would tell you the contact only counts closed trades and therefore even thou I was negative about a $100, I did not qualify for a refund because the loosing trades had not been closed. Technically, they were right. I had no claim on that basis.

I simply gave up fighting with them over this. Their argument being if I had not tried to quit and close everything out, I *might* have made money. It was their support that closed the trades when I tried to claim the warranty.
My thought however is *might* or *IF* are not worth much when it comes to investing.
"*IF* I had bought Amazon at $10, I *might* be rich today."

Ask yourself these question however:
* If they were so confident in their product, why do they fight so hard to deny refunds? Choosing instead to lock you in.

* If the company was so great, why have a gag order preventing people from discussing their experiences?

By contract, I can't tell you that I think they are akin to Snake Oil salesman, because that would be a violation. I also can't tell you I am an unhappy customer.

I can tell you that over a period of months, my total returns on a $10,000 investment and a $10,000 membership fees have been $216 (as of this moment)

They implied (or I was lead to believe) that they were getting about 4% a month. In reality, I made 2% total over a few months. My results may not be typical, and may represent conditions that may not apply to you if you choose to use their service.
Not being a lawyer, I wonder if they violated the FTC's rule since in 2009, they no longer allow the
“results may vary” generic type of disclosure.
Search google for "average-results-ftc-disclosure"

As always, research your investment choices and read the fine print.

Hello Jean Claude,

To clarify and address your concerns:

Onboarding and Use:

You were onboarded on June 11, 2025, and requested a refund on July 12. Your performance data shows that during your approximately four weeks of use you earned a net (closed) return of +4.9%. At that rate, you were on track to exceed a 40% return annually – higher than that of many top-performing hedge funds.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are available if our products do not generate a profit based on closed (realized) gains within a specified period - typically 60 days. When you closed your account manually, you were in a floating (unrealized) drawdown of 3.7%. This was completely normal. At all times, any user will be in a floating gain or loss. However, you manually closed those open positions in that state of notional floating loss, which lead to a realized loss. Many of the positions you closed manually closed in the positive.

We do not include floating profit and loss as a component of our refund policy out of fairness for both us and our clients, because this reflects unrealized positions which fluctuate, either positively or negatively, before being closed. To ensure fairness and consistency, only realized profits and losses are used to determine eligibility. We do this because it can go both ways: an account could have a negative realized loss but an open floating profit that could theoretically bring the account positive, but those floating gains are speculative because they have not yet closed. The same is true in the reverse.

While we regret that you are not satisfied with our refund policy, this policy was clearly communicated to you prior to purchase, and our clients have found this policy quite fair.

Attempts to Reconcile:

You threatened to “put up web sites” bashing our business if we didn’t refund you. One of our founders reached out to you many times to connect with you 1-1. When that call finally happened, you were adamant that if you did not receive a refund, you would bash us online. This is your prerogative, but the facts speak for themselves: your product performed well, yielding you a nice return, and we followed the Terms and Conditions agreed to.
You demanding that we change terms as a response to threatening us speaks more to who you are than to who we are.

Product Performance:

The product you were using (R-X5) closed September at a net gain of 3.33%. And despite the US markets having crashed on October 10, is at a net gain of 0.80% for October so far (we are at excellent net gains across our products).

Here is a link to the overall master audit for R-X5. All user accounts mirror the same results:

https://www.myfxbook.com/members/ridgecapital/r-x5/11485887

I’m going to analyze your calls and messages just to see where the gap was, if any. If you’d like to discuss feel free to email me at adam@ridgecapitalsolutions.com. While I cannot promise we would reverse our decision, I would like to hear what happened in more depth so that I can prevent this from happening in the future.

We appreciate your participation and wish you the best in your future trading endeavors.

Hi Tony,

You were using two of our products: R-X5 and R-C30.

As explained to you across many phone calls with our support agents, your constant deposits and withdrawals into your account led to erroneous outcomes. During your short period of use of C-30, you made 8 deposits and withdrawals.

Because our systems auto-calculate position sizes based on account balances, this constant fluctuation in balance caused you to see results which differed from other clients.

System Performance:
R-C30 has returned 21.32% this year to date:
https://www.myfxbook.com/members/ridgecapital/r-c30/11616200

R-X5 has returned 18.29% this year to date:
https://www.myfxbook.com/members/ridgecapital/r-x5/11485887

All connected clients will see nearly identical results (with some minor fluctuations due to different brokerages used) so long as they leave their systems alone. Regretfully, you constantly made large adjustments to yours, which led to erroneous results.

We are sorry you didn’t see a positive result, but your results did not mirror our overall performance across over 500 connected client accounts – the vast majority of which are performing wonderfully - because of your continued interventions in the systems' actions. The key to success with our products is to leave them alone. If they are constantly fiddled with, they won’t perform well.

If you’d like to trial these products again, even on a demo account, we would welcome the opportunity. Please reach out to us anytime.

Misleading at Best. Deceptive sales pitch more likely.

I've been emailing for approximately a month without any progress towards resolution. I felt that the sales presentation severely misrepresented the product. I felt that the software agreement was a list of excuses to cancel the license without any real teeth if there the company didn't perform.

Update 08.26.25: After providing concrete examples of the software not being furnished per the agreement, I have been contacted with a sales pitch about how the software is great even if it's not per the agreement. There has been no movement towards resolving the actual breach of the agreement.

Update 09.02.2025: To any prospective client, know that the situation is such that I've referred the company to the FTC and my state attorney general.

Hi Byron,

I apologize you feel this way. We’d like to directly address the points raised in your review so readers have the full picture:

In our private conversations, it became clear your frustration was not with the bot’s performance but with the standard forex execution fees charged on each trade. These apply at every brokerage globally and are outside our control.

“Misleading at best”

Our sales presentation and agreement clearly describe the product: an automated trading bot that connects client accounts to our core system. The process takes 8-10 weeks to fully synchronize, since the core servers may have hundreds of open positions while a new account begins with none. Even so, your account has already grown 5.3% with only 0.2% maximum risk between 6/22 and 8/29 of this year... results you can verify publicly via the below link. These are fantastic results, and do not yet include full system performance as yours is not yet fully synchronized.

“No progress towards resolution”

Our team has been in ongoing contact, and one of our founders has attempted to reach you directly without a response. We’ve provided full audits and explained that the system is performing exactly as intended and is sitting in a nice profit with extremely low risk. The audit results confirm this (see link above).

“The agreement had no real teeth”

That’s not correct. Our refund policy is one of the strongest in the industry and quite simple: if the system is not profitable within the first couple of months while running according to the agreed trading parameters, a refund is issued if requested. That safeguard has been honored in the past. The only time it doesn’t apply is when someone deviates from simple guidelines that prevent accounts from experiencing inaccurate results. Your account is in a profit (and a nice one at that) with extremely low risk to date.

To any prospective client reading this: if you’d like to see proof of these claims — including audits, agreement terms, or refund policy details please reach out to info@ridgecapitalsolutions.com.
