I got a prompt reply and they indicated they will post out a replacement when they get them back in stock. Fantastic
So I had a slight gas leak on my cooker valve. Emailed support who said they are on back order. I expected just a pipe however a brand new cooker was sent out as soon as they came back in stock. Amazing service and always amazing product
I purchased a Grilla BBQ Dual Fuel in September last year.
I used it twice and discovered that the gas is not shutting off even when the regulator is in off position.
As soon as I screw the gas bottle on the regulator, I can hear the gas coming out of the gas cylinder.
If the BBQ has been used and the gas regulator is then set to off, there is still a flame burning on the gas cylinder.
Even if I could just unscrew the bottle from the regulator, I think that it can be dangerous to use the Grilla this way.
I contacted customer service in order to ask if it could be possible to get a gas unit replacement.
I even attached a video of the Grilla with gas regulator shut off and the flames still burning.
The customer service was quick to respond.
The answer was that they do not have gas units as replacements.
I should send the product to them and then they can "assess the item and decide if a warranty replacement can be offered if it meets the warranty terms."
I had also attached the proof of purchase with the email inquiry.
Since it is clearly a manufacturing failure, I asked how I could send the product back without any costs on my part.
The answer was that "Charges are going to be inevitable" and I need to pay for sending the item back.
I live in Denmark and it will probably be cheaper for me to buy a replacement gas regulator than sending the Grilla back to the UK or Germany where it was bought.
I think that when a product comes with a certain price tag, one can expect a quality product and should not pay extra charges in order to make it safe to use.
Very disappointed.

My Ridgemonkey Connect Sandwich toaster developed a fault with the handles that had become brittle and subsequently broke. I contacted customer services. My telephone call was answered promptly and the man I spoke to was incredibly helpful and efficient. New replacement handles were dispatched and received within a few days.

I don't recommend anyone buy RIDGEMONKEY bivvies because you spend €1000 on a product with no spare parts. If you lose the tarp, you can't replace it; if you lose the poles, there are no replacements. It's unacceptable that a product that costs so much money doesn't have replacement parts for the most essential components. In my country, I will publicly post on social media advising against this brand's bivvies so that no one else ends up like me, with a €1000 product and no spare parts. This won't happen in Spain. My Bivvi is the XF1 Comp model, a new model available on the website... thanks for trying to pass the buck.

I’ve enjoyed using my Ridge Monkey XL grill for a number of years and found it so versatile. Unfortunately one of the handles failed, however upon emailing customer service it was no hassle for them to send out a new pair of handles for the cost of £7.20 to cover postage. The new handles look to have improved the area that failed too!!

I bought an Echo bait boat and it worked fine for the first few months and then could not find any fish. Sent in to Ridgemonkey and they tested it on a lake where they found fish (showed me the video). On its return I tried it in a few lakes and still found nothing so sent it back in for them to have another look. This time when they tested although the boat did find some fish, it didn't find as many as they expected, so the sent me a new boat as a replacement. They could have sent the original one back as they did find fish. Called them a few times and spoke with Adam, each time I felt he listened, spoke with empathy and did everything he could do to resolve the issue. First class service.

I contacted ridge monkey concerning my quad stove which has a gas leak on the connection leaving me with a extremely dangerous piece of tackle granted that my stove is out of warranty, no service or repair available was told there was nothing they could do for me
