After buying a wallet with acessories, the delivery has never been made, and the support hasn't even responded to my messages.

This is unaceptable.

EDIT: After more that 30 days, they delivered the product, and it is incredibly good!
But still, the customer support was way to slow
I was days from filing a formal complaint.

i bought a wallet from here, to denmark. i bought a wallet. (on discount) a free aluminum coin tray and a airtag cash clip. for in total 81 euro but then a day or two after i bought it, i changed my mind so i wanted to buy a airtag cash strap insted of a clip. so i contacted their support, and asked if they could change my order. but unfortunately they couldnt do it. so the sweet support said that they could sent a free cashstrap insted. and a week later all the things came. 5/5 would 100% recommend

I have placed an order about 2weeks back, by trusting MKBHDs reviews. Last week the tracking status showed as Delivered, but it was never delivered to me. I have informed Ridge about it and they responded the next day asking to check with the Post Office, I asked them and they said contact the Sender(Ridge), this goes in loop and it doesn't seem to end. In the end I have paid money for the already expensive products they sell and didn't even receive anything.

super cool product, but I don't think it's worth the money, there are better wallets for that price, even if it says there's room for 12 cards, they're just too hard to get out

I ordered a wallet. Somehow it ended in Spain instead of Denmark. I contacted ridge customer service. They tell me GLS did a miss scan. I contact GLS they tell me it is not a miss scan and I should contact ridge so they can send me a new package. Ridge didn't even contact GLS before writing to me. Customer service is none existing. Stay away
