Do not use DPD for delivery
The shoes were lovely however the DPD delivery man decided to throw the parcel over the garden gate instead of leaving it in the greenhouse as requested and due to a subsequent rainstorm the cardboard box disintegrated and the shoes arrived damp

Best fit shoes ever
I have had some shoes etc from you and believe me I have very bad feet and all these shoes etc have more than enough room. I haven’t worn the ankle boots yet but I’m sure as always they will be absolutely ok.

Rieker’s were very helpful
The shoes fitted, and when the they didn’t arrive as scheduled (the driver said he couldn’t find the address) the person I spoke to at Rieker’s could not have been more helpful, she located the parcel and assured me they would arrive on the following day and they did, I was impressed.

Not good enough
Although the shoes I purchased are very nice.
The right shoeankle strap was very stretched.left shoes Perfect. I Assume this was due to lots of tryinng on.I do not know why a fresh pair was sent to me. I have purchased many Rieker footwear. I am so disappointed with their sevice.
And I doubt will further any in the future,

I have large feet and have difficulty…
I have large feet and have difficulty buying shoe anywhere especially fancy shoes these where fine .I have the confidence to buy more on line now from Rieker a 43 EU flat feet wide at front as my second toe is longer than my big toe
