They are selling things they don’t have. They do not indicate at the point of purchase that an item is on back order. Poor response time. No updates. Not a good way to run a business.

Absolutely the WORST. Ordered rifle paper through a vendors website. Vendor was amazing. The actual wallpaper is horrible. It's peeling off our walls when we did every single step correctly. It's peel and stick and it's not sticking. On top of that, we needed a tiny bit more for our wall where we decided to continue wallpapering. We ordered one more roll back in middle of October. It is now almost the second week of January and my "delivery" date KEEPS getting pushed out. I never had such a bad experience with a company that is so nonchalant about their products and orders. I've reached out to their customer service reps and the vendors reps. Rifle paper couldn't care less. The vendor is massively apologetic and also frustrated with this company. Speaks volumes.

I was nervous to order from this company based on TrustPilot reviews but I couldn't find the wrapping paper I wanted anywhere else. I have to say everything was seamless from order to delivery. I got a confirmation of order email, soon after a notice of shipping and then an email that my order was out for delivery. I'm not sure what else they could have done better and the wrapping paper is beautiful.

They take weeks to ship pre-made items (and charge for shipping). They’re one of the companies that pretends orders that haven’t been processed magically can’t be cancelled. Customer service is very rude.
Update: finally received the order on 8/26. The hat has visible glue where the brim meets the cap. The embroidery is loose and unraveling. Threads are loose in several spots. To wait all the time, be told they can’t ship, they can’t cancel…then to receive a defective item is so disappointing. Their CX has also sent me emails and voicemails about my original review - I don’t appreciate being harassed.

Still haven’t received my package order placed on the 24th. They use snail mail to get the cheapest rates possible. Now, they are saying delivery eta is 6/6. Vote of no confidence. What a joke! Never order again, unreliable.

I'm pretty sure they did a bait & switch on me. I clicked on a rug that was 5X7 that clearly stated it was $52.50 so with the tax and the $20 and was charged $20 shipping it was nearly $80. What I received was a 2x5 rug that weighed 3.5 lbs! I had first fell in love with these rugs when I saw them at Home Goods. Luckily I went to a different store & found the exact one I was looking for for $79 and they actually had the one the sent for $19! Shady company to buy from, buyer beware.

After many emails and phone calls, no one has responded. Mailed them back. NO REFUND YET. Customer service nonexistent.
Terrible shopping experience and overwhelmed customer service team. If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order on 11/27. Received it 12/10 and it was someone else’s order. Immediately email asking for my order to be shipped. EOD 12/11 they reply that part of my order is sold out now so they’ll refund me for those items and reship the balance and I’ll get a tracking email when it ships. Crickets. I email on 12/11 asking if other colors can be swapped for my out of stock items, and then again on 12/15 and 12/17 asking for the status of the reshipment. Finally today, on 12/19 I receive a tracking number that was created today! 8 days after them saying a reshipment is being made and they haven’t even shipped the order. There’s now no chance these items can be delivered to me and I can wrap and resend them from NV to NY in time for Christmas. You can’t reach them via phone and they are slow to reply by email. I’ve asked for a refund, I don’t need the items anymore and will never purchase their items directly from their website in the future. I will call my bank if I do not have a response today.
Ordered a planner from their website. Never received order despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service. Order has remained in “pre-shipment” status with zero movement. Customer service is unresponsive. Will also be filing a BBB complaint. Do not order from this company.
I never write negative reviews because I understand businesses can have "off days" and human error is inevitable. That said, I'm bummed to write that my experience with Rifle Paper Co. felt like a complete ripoff. I ordered a rug from the mobile site and when it arrived it was the wrong size--a runner rather than the area rug I'd wanted. I called the helpline and it rang and rang before going to the 90s "fax machine" screech. By email I was informed that I would have to pay for the return shipping (I'd already paid for the rug to be shipped to me). Altogether I paid $75 for shipping for the wrong rug that I no longer have.

Many purchases, many delays. In January - three month delay on Wall paper purchased. They said they would honor a 365 day return policy if extra wall paper was not needed. Three months later I tried to return excess and was told "we have a 30 day return policy". "Our vendor partner no longer carries this item and we cannot refund at all." They are only a reseller for so many of their products... and are just not reliable in providing product or allowing returns.
I like many of their products. If you're buying a gift, allow a month to get your package to be on the safe side.
I will try in the future if I want a Rifle product to go through another vendor.
Similar experience here as others. Trying to order with coupons - free shipping codes, 15% off with email, 20% off with text... codes do not work! I started an email with customer service, and while they did reply initially, it was just to get more information and they did not directly help or solve the problem. I ended up finding the identical product at Lowes (with guaranteed and free shipping and no restocking fee).

So if you get your item and you decide it’s not correct for your project be prepared to lose 1/3 of your investment.
Buying wallpaper is expensive. If you get it home and you decide you want something different any full rules that are still in shrink wrap will be charged a 1/3 restocking fee if you try to return it.

I love this brand, but ordering online is the worst experience. Time of shipping, costumer service its all terrible! I ordered stuff (including fabric) on the 19th, with the caveat that one of the fabrics were to be shipped November 25-29th. In the beginning of the December I had to ask for a split ship so I could get my wrapping paper on time to wrap gift on time. Mid December(dec 13th) I e mailed customer service again and she said it would ship out in the next couple days…. Here we are in the end of December (21st) and I still don’t have it. Idk how, over a month later not having my order can be justified. Rifle is so expensive, I’d expect better fulfillment center care.
They charged out my account the day of order. I have NEVER received the order. It was all a gift to be sent to another state, which is useless now. It's impossible to reach customer service by phone. Don't order from them!!!
