I've never had an issue. The customer service response is fast and understanding. They truly want to help as much as they can. So many vendors are just annoyed and angry at anybody who messages them. These guys really do care about their brands.

I've researched several products and have been pleased.

They always arrive fast and discreet.

this is my second order with RC. the first one was fine, a little short on product. but here's the story with this one. on Feb 24th I paid in full for two products this is my second order I placed with RC
paid for in btc on Feb 25th,
after tracking number was provided to me, and about one week went by, I emailed and was told some of my order wasn't in stock yet, and if I would like the rest of the portion to be mailed, I said yes.
nothing has changed, I've emailed on the border of spamming. without realizing but no answer. I would hope I didnt get straight scammed. I'm willing to change to review to 5 stars and become a regular if this order can be made correct.. please RC.

These first order was in total maybe $120.00 and it arrived, and this order was for $145.00 and it’s been almost 4 weeks and no answer, after accepting my payment in full.. my question is why scam on this order, why not wait until I placed a $500.00+ order? Again, if I’m wrong I’ll change this review immediately. I’d appreciate a email back RC. Thanks

Roof cams is unbelievable. I don’t know why my post to keep getting taken down. It is the only site that I would use. They always deliver and they are very fast with quality products and fantastic customer service.

I ordered from them and spent a lot of money and the tracking said delivered days ago but I never got it. They haven’t responded to one email about it.

Excellent customer service - amazing product purity and always is as advertised. As far as clear net sites go-- it gets no better tha. Rift. Big shout out to Rift Chrm for always pulling through amd in a timely manner
