I wish I had read some of the reviews before starting my claim process with RIFT.
I began my claim in May, I wasn’t contacted by anyone until end of July but patiently waited and uploaded all my documents to the app in preparation.
About 9 weeks after starting rhe claim, they send me a final quote via their app including their charges. The button said ‘accept and receive 50% of your claim next working day’ so that’s what I did. No payment received. Emailed Thomas who explained that service is an extra 7% 😂
The business is a scam. I have now been told 12 weeks for payment, I might receive it by Christmas if I am lucky but not holding my breath after reading some of these comments.

Great team who have helped for a few years with sorting out tax issues and getting rebates. Only negative is the distance between each step. However that is completely understandable and communication is great throughout.
