Great experience
The car came in almost new, low mileage, really cleaned up as well. It was easy to find and communicate with their service. Unfortunately, an old lady hit the car coming straight at us on a one-way street. The car was almost stopped. The law in Albania makes the driver responsible. We talked to the police and the car rental company and they decided that we were not responsible. The car had a few scratches. Nothing major. They understood and didn't make us pay for anything. We are really happy with the service.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS. Stay away from this company. I booked a manual car and upon arrival they told us that they only had automatic cars. They gave us a very old car with 190,000 km FULL of scratches and damages. The car wouldn’t even lock and we had to leave it open all the time while the car was parked. On our last day we where in Tirana and the car would not start, after 30 minutes they came and started the car with the battery connector, after 30 minutes the car didn’t start again and we ended spending our last day in a car park.
When we returned the car the guy came and inspected the car and found 2 scratches on the scratches there were before and charged us 400 Euro. These guys are scammers and even though they have cheaper rates you will end up paying more. Go for another car rental companies so you’ll have your mind at rest. It’s a pity i did not read the reviews before. No wonder they removed Google reviews from their listing.

Very good car service
The car was very fine, clean and appropriated for a 2 weeks jorney. We arrived late in the evening and the staff was very welcoming and arranging. Comparing to friends who had rented from another car service and faced many problems, our was very reliable and comprehensive.

We collected our car from Tirana airport, the staff we friendly and ready to help.
We used our car to travel across Albania. Overall the car was great, we didn't come across any problems in our seven days in the country.
