We had an upgraded car (manual to automatic, small to SUV size) which made us very happy. Also all paper process is very quick & easy. Got the refund on the same day, so fully recommended.

Extremely Slow
First, it was very difficult to find "Right Cars" as the actual store is called Nova Cars. Second, the location only had a defective car seat that somehow had no latches for the harness. They were able to get us a replacement the next day, but I was a bit surprised they still charged us for it considering the hassle. Lastly, the return process took way too long. I cannot figure out why it was so inefficient. The car itself was new and worked well, but I wouldn't use this company again.

Good price, brand new car, and excellent customer service by Mario!
Make sure you read the conditions of the rental and understand that a refundable deposit (refundable as long as you return the car without damages) will be charged to your credit card (we were charged EUR 1000--one thousand). I don't think you can use a debit card for deposit/rental purposes so keep that in mind.
