Bought a rather expensive head torch from this company. My husband insisted on having it! He is very very pleased with it. When we ordered it we were a bit concerned about it being delivered while we were away. I sent them an email and asked if they could hold off the delivery for a couple of days. Got a reply back straight away which they said was no problem. The item was delivered just the next day after we got home. Brilliant customer service. The product is very good. Rather expensive, but well worth it actually. Would highly recommend and would certainly buy from this company again.
