Disgraceful service. I ordered size 39what arrived was st least 41! After many unsatisfactory emails requesting refund I contacted PayPal and was then sent the return address in China by Rightbeside. I’ve just been to the post office and it would cost £19.50 to post the package back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a size 5 and received a size 4. They just keep saying they have sent me the correct size I asked for which is wrong. The shoes are awful quality anyway!

Ordered a size four, a size 2.5 came and they wouldn't give me the return address or admit it was their fault.
I sent proof of purchase with the size I ordered, the incorrect shoes that came and their sizing chart.

Do not Buy from this company.order a size 4 can not get my feet in them more like a size 2 .cheap trainers .not even going to try and get my money back .wished I had read the reviews before ordering. More money added to the price that i am assuming was for tax 😢

DREADFUL COMPANY - DO NOT USE! I ordered a size 5 trainer and they sent a size 4 plus took an extra £3.20 on top of my charge. I now have trainers that are no use and lost extra money. Ive tried phoning twice & emailed 4 times with no answer to my mail. REALLY DREADFUL COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They should be reported to customer trading

I ordered trainers and when they came they were 2 sizes too small , emails went back and forward with no further forward , they kept saying it was the size I ordered , offered me to keep them and they offered £4.00 compensation,😡, they wanted me to sent them back to an address in China for a refund when in the website it says company in England ,ended up doing a claim through PayPal and I’m getting full refund from them , would not use , total scammers

i ordered size 6 i was sent shoes 2 sizes too big i sent photos and was offered 3$ compensation!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE... there should be minus stars on trustpilot. Rightbeside customer 'service' is non existant..very dissapointed... facebook should ban them from advertising on their site.

BE WARNED STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE PLEASE .. If I could choose minus stars I would 😡 be warned do not waste your time ordering from this site.. I ordered 3 x trainers size 5 .. they sent 3x size 4's I sent an email explaining their mistake. And they told me if not a quality issue then can't do anything.. they then sent a mail saying they sent correct products.. which clearly they did not.. customer service is crap on this site .. they even went as far to sent be a chart size with different sizes , which is not the same chart size underneath the trainers I ordered ... it is completely their mistake AND THE PROOF IS IN MY EMAILS AND ORDER REFERENCE... and they are not willing to resolve it... 😡😤

Ordered trainers, they added the VAT on top of the advertised price, making them 20% more expensive. They took weeks to arrive and when they did, they were not as advertised and not fit for purpose and I was refused a refund.
Now seen multiple other complaints about this company DO NOT BUY from them!!!

Alful company to deal with. I’m sorry I had not read these reviews before buying. They sent the wrong size and after numerous emails they state they sent the correct size🙈. Bunch of cowboys. DO NOT BUY from this company. They refuse to give a refund. I have logged a complaint with PayPal to see if they can get my money back.

Absolutley shocking customer service. I got my order (Trainers) 6 weeks after i placed my order. When they arrived they were way too small. I asked for an address to send back to either receive larger size or refund. was refused both options. These are absolute cowboys. I will be doing a charge back on my card if they do not reply to my emails soon

I was sent the wrong size (36) instead of (38) when I got in touch sent photo of shoes and copy of my order they said the correct size has been sent even though the picture showed otherwise
I asked for exchange but no reply so I’m stuck with shoes two sizes too small and out of pocket £30

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They refused to accept the return of shoes that didn't fit as "we did send the correct size you ordered , so it won't be supported to return or exchange". They do not provide a returns label with the shoes and refuse to provide a returns address to send them back. I certainly won't be using them again and will be doing my best to make sure others avoid them.

An absolute disgrace. Do not buy from this company. I ordered trainers size 5.5.They sent a size 5 and aretoo small. I have emailed them a few times and they just refused to accept that have sent the wrong size.They have stopped answeringnow and I CANNOT WEAR THEM.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers which took over a month to arrive, I received one card from Hermes delivery service through my door stating 2nd attempt? I did not receive any other cards from the 1st or 3rd attempt at delivery or any phone number to contact. When I checked the tracking it stated returned to seller, I contacted the seller via email x 5 times before I got a responce, their response was for me to repay the shipping and they would resend, I needed these trainers for an event which had past so I asked for a full refund for Trainers I had not received, after multiple back and forth emails their reply was, well we sent these out so take it up with your post office?? I informed them I didn't doubt the delivery was attempted ( but only received one card to prove this) I have had to purchase another pair from a shop so please send my refund.
They are now asking me to check my own address to see if it was correct? Like I don't know where I live! And are refusing to give me a REFUND.
NEVER EVER WILL I BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS AGAIN and urge anyone thinking of doing so to NOT.

The only reason I left 1 star is because I couldn't leave none at all total rip off do not use these people the website may look English but its Chinese. shoddy product wrong size and don't even think about trying to return anything they will only sell it again to someone and not return your money

Ordered trainers on 10/3/21,never received goods or refund.Saw advert on Facebook.I would advise to avoid this company,quick enough to take your money(over £30)&then ignore all your correspondence. 😡😡

Bought these trainers thinking they would help as I work on my feet on a 12 HR shift my poor feet were on fire and ankles killing so don't bother buying them

Ordered size 5 they sent a size 4...no returns label in the bag and customer care response appalling. They claim a 37 is a size 5...do not use this site unless you want to lose your money.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered trainers from what I thought was a UK company, was invoiced by this company, but when the Pay Pal copy came through it was paying a different company and adding over £5 in tax, which had not been shown on either their advertising or their invoice. Waited over a month for them to arrive, was sent a tracking number which did not work. Emailed them on a daily basis and was always sent the same standard reply. I take a size 4 but ordered a size 4.5. When they eventually arrived they are too small and definitely not even a size 4. I was asked to send a photograph as proof. I sent a photo of the trainers alongside my existing trainers and it is clear to see that they are about 2" shorter. The only response from them was that they had sent the right size. Since then they have stopped replying to my emails and I am left with trainers I cannot wear and £30 lighter in my bank account. I am sure it is a con, and I really think Face Book should stop accepting advertising from these con merchants. Please people, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, save your money.
