Called them out to fix a leak on our roof. It was ok till it started raining... My husband has rang, left voicemail messages and we have both emailed them. Last week we were told they would probably come out at the end of the week but they never came. This week we rang the mobile number and was told yet again it would be the end of the week. Tomorrow it is Friday so another week without them coming to fix the job they didn't do correctly. They are ignoring us. If we don't get a reply tomorrow we will be reporting them to trading standards. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

What bad workmanship,never experienced anything like it,got them to replace my lead flashing round Chimney, told them to do a good job for me as I had previously been let down with the Quality of the work, they arrived around 3pm November time only to still be working In the dark without any lighting, after the first bit of rain I went to check in the loft and it was still leaking, rang up for them to say they couldn't come out till after Christmas,after loads of attempts to get in touch with them not replying to my voice calls and loads of different numbers one which all of a sudden wasn't available I got them to send someone different out, the guy came out and said it was really bad work what they had done, they recealed the lead only for me to check after 1st bit of rain that it was leaking again, rang the boss only for him to say I was a pain and had attitude, which was the problem i had with him, he just made it easy to switch it on me for an excuse and hung up, he actually hung up on a customer which is the cowards way out not accepting he is wrong, if only I could show photos of the workmanship as it was so bad. Do not use this company or you will waste your money (don't fall for the 10 year guarantee ) they are just doing the genuine trusted company's a favour as people just turn to them for the work.

Tried sending a recorded delivery letter only to find it returned as Right Choice Solutions not known at this address. On their website the address is their head office. Promised an insurance policy that if anything happened to the company I would be guaranteed for 10 years. My patio and driveway would be resin coated to a depth of 20mil and be weedfree. The truth is the depth is 10mil or less and has weeds all over the place. I have tried phoning texting and emailing the company but no response from them. I feel well and truly scammed
