People stay away from this site.. they messed me about for over a week.. I couldn't get the online course to start and when I complained about this ( they said I might be charged to get the problem fixed ) so when I got their problem fixed and done the course 3 days later I get a email to say they didnt receive a steady signal from my laptop through the course and I need to do the course again ( at a cost of £70 yes £70 ) THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS AND WANT TO ROB YOU... PLENTY OF OTHER ONLINE SITES DOING THIS COURSE SO STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE...
( Update ) .... following your conversation on phone today... because you would hardly let me speak.. YOU GAVE ME NO HELP WHATSOEVER ( NONE ) SO DONT BE PUTTING THAT ON YOUR REPLY....

You did your exam on Completion Date: 2023-07-28 10:47:58 BST you have left this review after 5 clear working days.
All certificates are issued after 7 -10 working days. We are sorry you feel the examination awarding body are taking too long (which is out of our control), but we have as you requested, explained the process and promised to keep you informed.
Test date issues
When booking I requested a date, then was given a date & time totally unsuitable. If I want to reschedule I will be charge if I do it over the phone and have found no way to do this online.

Hi Neil, you paid on the 2nd May then left the review above a week later, regrettably, your asking the wrong question here, as all information was given to "Sharon" who paid and booked on your behalf. Then on the 7th you completed the modules, which then allows you to start the exam, by following the on screen instructions at any time, you do not need to hear from us to start the exam.
Then on 15th she emailed as she realised an error was made by you. We have been nothing but helpful on this matter to fix and would ask you to reconsider your unfair review.

Hi Dylan,
What a sad and real shame your review and anger is wrongly targeted against us.
All exam delivery procedures have rules of delivery set by the relevant examination board, YOU agree to these before starting the exam, and yet you think WE failed you.
It was NOT us that failed in the delivery but yourself and your wife as you state, she entered the room during the exam. We have video evidence of this also, she entered the room 18 minutes after you started in and remained in the room.
This is the reason for the “failed delivery”.
At no time did you contact us, we would have gladly as with all candidates looked at the evidence and advised the best way forward. Including a re-sit which is possible despite your claims.
We would suggest that the “clown” is closer to home.
Health and wealth
All the information and details were clear and fluent, the revision modules had plenty of handy content aand comment. The test in general was a reasonable experience.

Hi Quniton, Like most people we where closed on Good Friday, Bank Holiday Monday through to Tuesday. We have though manged to speak to the candidate (Stuart) and he has been rescheduled at no cost.
