Absolutely SCAM company,iv order the dress but I’ve received different cheap looking dress which it cost me with shipping almost $60,ive emailed them for return and refund 3 time they didn’t respond,please don’t buy from this website.I wished i could check the reviews before I order

I ordered a dress and never received it. How do I get my money back. No one is responding

Do not touch this site. Total scammers.! ! I ordered a lovely red, crossover fitted dress & after about a month of waiting with no notification of order, finally received a black baggy buttoned dress. I've emailed the service desk multiple times with no reply but they've had the cheek to email me twice asking for a review of my purchase.(once before I'd even received the dress). Should've known better & have now lost a considerable amount of money. Costly lesson learned.

The dress was of awful quality and I have messaged them for the last 2 weeks (about 20 times)! And they just do not answer !! The dress cost me £50 and I am fuming DONT BUY FROM THESE

Sweater I received was awful and nothing like the picture on their website. I have emailed “customer service” twice as I wish to return it but ghosted as usual with these sellers. I should have known better than to order from a site like this…never again. I have also reviewed the item in their site, and guess what? It doesn’t appear!

Great clothing company, I bought three dresses with the coupon they provided, the dresses were not cheap when delivered, pretty good quality, true to size, thank you!

Ordered a beautiful turquoise dress for summer and was delivered 3 weeks late what can only be described as a brown sack, absolutely awful and falling to bits

i ordered faithfully the dress with the heart shaped buckle in the front, i ordered a light gray in 3 X thinking it could be taking in if needed. what i received was dark green ugly dark green in a 3 X but it is more like a failed home ec project with uneven sleeves bad seams along the front the buckle would land up under your chin and the dress is more like a flour sac than anything pictured, i even waited over a month for it to come in and then they told me i should keep it even thought they sent the wrong one as it would cost ME to send it back to China ( they claimed to ship from NC ) what a lie, its so ugly was offered a 50% refund but nothing yet

I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered a medium dress in grey. Waited over a month and received a 2x in green. It looked NOTHING like the pretty dress in the ad. The dress was a shapeless mess and was completely unwearable. Fabric was too thin. Stitching was clunky, amateurish and in a different shade from the dress (light green stitching on dark green dress). They refuse to honor their refund policy. At first they offerered 10% off, then 30%. Now they're up to 40%. They say if I return it, I have to pay $50 in shipping to China. Hmmmm. There was no $50 shipping fee FROM China.... Meanwhile, the card I used to buy this junk was hacked (coincidence?). I will not give them a new card number to get the "refund". It's not worth the risk to get back $20 on a $50 purchase. I plan to report to FCC and donate this rag to Goodwill. If they'll even take it.

Absolutely a scan company. BEWARE, I ordered a black dress in a 1x and received a grey dress in a L. I've emailed several times and all they offer is keep the dress I got in the wrong size and color. Why would I want it??? And the will only credit me 20% for their mistake!! HORRIBLE company with the WORST customer service.

Ordered a dress, size medium regular fit. Received what appears to be a size 2XX. Only contact is an email which took three days to receive a reply. No full refund as advertised unless you eant to pay expensive ahipping back to CHINA. Uet another Chinese company posing as a local company. Dress is cheap and nothing as advertised.

Never got my order, filing claim with PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Chinese hacks that just want your money!

Thought I was dealing with an American company until it took so long to arrive. I was very disappointed once I received the item and wish I had looked up reviews before ordering. I ordered an XL based on my measurements. I think a Medium or large would have worked. The material was fine, but the stitching is not even and looks like it was made by someone who doesn't know how to sew.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought anything but because they imply it’s American company I had no hesitation in ordering and thought sizing would be American, how wrong was I took 2 months to reach Australia and I ordered a 1 XL it’s lucky to be a size 8 Australian normally 1xl is 18/20 here. Dress looks nothing like the picture just horrible looks like I’ve wasted my money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING off this company

SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. This is not a US company it is based in China. I did not receive my dress, emailed and was answered but still no dress $ 57 wasted. I am going to report to Facebook

Wrong item sent, supposedly now out of stock. Offered a 10% refund, and 40% off next purchase. Like I’d ever buy anything again. Said no. Now offering 20% refund. Told them I will dispute with my CC company. Buyer beware. Thought this was coming from the US, instead it’s a POS from China. What a scam.

I have emailed 4 times with no response. I ordered 2 shirts,,,not the items that were sent to me.

Wrong item sent. They were making me pay to send back to China at great expense-THEIR fault. Just threw the rubbish in the bin. Customer care non existant. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THEM
