Top products. Amazing service and even if we are trade customers, the guys are providing us with a 5* service and attention. I've been to 3 of the right tiles shops around London and whilst all are great, this one in Harlow is the leader in service selection and their knowledge of the product and how quickly they can accommodate different arrangements and situations.

I've used over the last few years another 6 providers including mandarin stone in Chelsea but these guys are leading the service competition.

I used them for a premium period property with high end finishes and design refurbishment project last year and now we have completed a new one.

Will definitely come back.

Zarak at the Gatwick branch was very helpful and gave us a good deal on some lovely tiles (Monaco beige). They are very good quality with a gorgeous pearlescent finish and look great installed. We also ended up needing more tiles and were able to pick them up from the warehouse in Barking as we needed them the same day. The member of staff I spoke to there was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Right Tiles in future.

I am writing to formally escalate a very serious complaint regarding my recent experience with Right Tiles.

I spent over £1,000 with your company, believing that I was paying for good-quality, durable tiles. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The quality of the tiles has been, in my experience, completely unacceptable for products sold at this price.

The tiles cracked and chipped far too easily. We had already invested considerable time and effort installing them on both the wall and floor, only to discover that six tiles had cracked and had to be removed and replaced. This has resulted in additional work, wasted materials, inconvenience and expense.

What has made the situation even more disappointing is the response we received when we returned to the store to raise the issue. After spending more than £1,000 with your company, I expected professional customer service and a genuine effort to investigate and resolve the problem. Instead, I found the response extremely poor and felt that there was very little willingness to assist.

I am extremely unhappy that I paid what I considered to be a significant amount of money for tiles that have performed so poorly. I also find the level of customer service we received unacceptable.

I am therefore formally requesting that this complaint be escalated to you as CEO/ senior management. I would like the matter properly investigated and would expect Right Tiles to provide an appropriate resolution for the defective/damaged tiles and the resulting inconvenience and expense.

If this matter cannot be resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will be seeking legal advice and considering what further action is available to me.

I would appreciate the CEO or an appropriate senior representative contacting me directly to discuss this matter and explain how Right Tiles intends to resolve it.

Very good customer service nahad help me to choose the tiles

This is my 2nd purchase from this company! 1st experience was fairly straightforward, and I was happy to go back and purchase again this time for my bathroom, I needed 14 tiles and 2 extra for possible damage, I was sold 14sq meters, we were going on holiday and twice turned up to pick up and they weren't ready so left it for the builder to pickup, came back to find we have 8 tiles left over, rang and was told they will take back 2 tiles one of them damaged (was reported) that would leave me with 8 very large tiles (about £40 each) no reply from emails or phone calls, this is current stock that can be sold, 14sq meters was their mistake (or up selling) poor customer service, still waiting for a reply to my emails, 8 tiles one broken sitting on my sitting room floor with no offer of help!! We waited for 3 weeks to pickup!! 3 waisted trips,

⭐ 1/5 — AVOID. Absolutely appalling way to treat a customer.

I ordered tiles from Right Tiles Slough at the beginning of July. I was told stock was low and that my order would be delivered on 27th July.

27th July came and there was no delivery. I had to chase the store myself, only to then be told there was a problem with the order and that they couldn’t fulfil it. I was told to come back into the store and choose different tiles.

I went to the store, but none of the alternatives were suitable, so I asked for my money back. I was initially told the manager was at lunch. I explained that I didn’t have time to keep returning to the store and asked them to contact him. They came back and told me the manager had said my refund would be processed within 2 working days.

It wasn’t.

I then had to repeatedly chase them for my own money. I called at around 9:30am and was told they would find out what was happening. By 12:30pm I’d heard nothing, so I called again. Several calls went unanswered before somebody eventually picked up. They immediately knew who I was and I was then given yet another promise that somebody would call me back by 4pm regarding my refund.

After being messed around enough, I stopped chasing them and contacted my bank.

In the end, I had to raise a chargeback through my bank to recover the money that Right Tiles had failed to return to me. Thankfully, my bank has now recovered my money.

A stock issue is understandable. What isn’t acceptable is taking a customer’s money, failing to supply the goods, promising a refund, failing to provide that refund and then leaving the customer repeatedly chasing for their own money.

The whole experience left me feeling as though I was being deliberately messed around and that getting my money back simply wasn’t being treated seriously. I found the way the situation was handled completely unacceptable.

I shouldn’t have needed my bank’s intervention to recover money for an order Right Tiles themselves told me they couldn’t fulfil.

After the way I was treated, I would never spend another penny with this company and I cannot recommend the Slough branch to anyone.

Potential customers can make up their own minds, but this was my experience — and I certainly won’t be returning.

I needed to buy some bathroom tiles so visited Right Tiles in Croydon; they have a large selection of Tiles for every finish at very good prices, I was assisted by Zubair who was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a great customer experience and paid a great price for my tiles. I would definitely recommend Right Tiles!

I would strongly advise avoiding Right Tiles.

This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Around 20% of my order arrived broken, and the problems only got worse from there. I was repeatedly given delivery dates that turned out to be inaccurate, and the order eventually arrived three weeks later than promised.

The delays and damaged tiles meant I had tilers booked on site multiple times, expecting the tiles to arrive, resulting in significant wasted labour costs and unnecessary disruption to my renovation.

Communication has been appalling. It’s almost impossible to get hold of anyone—you often have to call 20 times or more before someone answers. When you finally get through, they take your complaint, promise to investigate or call you back, and then nothing happens. Chasing replacement tiles for the damaged ones has been met with silence.

The only way I managed to get any response was by going to the Slough store in person. Even then, instead of taking ownership, the staff blamed previous employees or other departments rather than resolving the issue.

I’ve dealt with many suppliers over the years, but this is by far the most unprofessional and incompetent company I’ve encountered. If you value your time, money, and sanity, buy your tiles elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience at Crawley branch. Great choice of large tiles, everything was nicely displayed and clearly marked.
Zarak and Aayan provided exceptional service. Nothing I asked was too much trouble for either of them (and I asked a lot). Guys spent a long time with me, providing help and advice which aided my choices, and kept me updated on my fairly small order status throughout.
This shop will definitely be my first call for my next project.
