Very efficient and polite

I'm very happy & satisfied with the job rendered to us,

Craig the Tradesman who called arrived at the time estimated, I had trouble with the electric sockets, Craig explained why the socket had burnt out and replaced them, and he did not leave any mess. I would without a doubt use Right Trades again.....

Excellent service, from being kept informed about electrician's arrival time, to an extremely polite and helpful electrician, who did the job quickly, quietly and efficiently.

It's reassuring that when you arrange a call-out to fix electrical issues, you're given clear instructions & advice as well as available options. The Electricians are not annoyed or abrupt in responding to any queries. The only regret is that they'd not replace like to like switch with pilot light as these are not stocked by the Company & the Electricians could not be held accountable for this. They also sent a clear report to HomeServe of outstanding works which need to be carried-out & which parts need ordering for follow up appointment.

Excellent company. Engineer Paul was extremely professional polite and highly experienced in his work. His whole conduct was above and beyond what I expected from the company. Will definitely be using Right Trades in future and would recommend them anyone who is need of any electrical work that needs doing.

From phoning the agent who was very helpful to the lady who rang to say the electrician was on his way were very helpful and curtious the electrician was very polite and went straight to the promblem and solved it ..was very impressed with service thankyou

Well what can I say firstly your engineers are always prompt call with updates and are so very friendly. I have had 2 engineers the past week and there service has been exceptional. They have helped me so much and were amazing with my kids when my electric socket caught fire. They are fantastic I wouldn't use anybody else. Paul came out to me this Sunday he was fantastic so very friendly and helpful. Great empathy and rapport thanks so much

The electrician Tom has visited our property twice. On both occasions his work was excellent and the faults repaired successfully. He has a brilliant manner and was extremely helpful. Would recommend this company and its staff. Thank you for the prompt response to my telephone call, the work carried out and courtesy call when the work was completed.

Engineer was quick. Fixed fault. Very helpful, and friendly.

Pleasant workman who didn't mind being pestered by my dogs. Was chatty and gave me sound advice on the problems that were not within his remit.
