Someone told me about this website on…

Someone told me about this website on my last cruise, and I used it in early May for a quick three day cruise. I’m now returning for a longer cruise booking, due to being satisfied with the website and the ease to book.

REFUSED TO CANCEL AND REFUND 10 MINUTES AFTER PURCHASE

I made a reservation and when i got to the lot I did not like to lot and the arrangements. I called 10 minutes after making the reservation to cancel only to informed that they couldn't cancel it I had to log in and refused to refund my money. I'm back from my trip and I went online to cancel and they are giving me grief about the refund

Dear Future Customers,

Regarding the review posted by Ms. Fox concerning her reservation on May 8th:

Ms.Fox contacted us to cancel after booking on the 8th she did not wish to wait for the shuttle and declined to contact the driver, despite the specific contact instructions provided in her confirmation email and text. At that time, our representative informed you that we could consider an exception for a refund if she sent an email and provided a receipt showing she had parked and paid at an alternative facility, in which she declined to provide.

Ms.Fox contacted us again today via email to request a refund. While our standard policy states that we do not refund same-day cancellations, we once again offered to make an exception if she could provide proof of parking elsewhere. In response, she provided the receipt from her original reservation with us and confirmed that she did, in fact, utilize the parking facility.

Because she used the parking services as reserved, we are unable to process a refund for this transaction. Per our cancellation policy, we cannot assist her further with this request.
