Rikshem is a scam in one word! This company should be banned or government should take action against them for their fraud. No one should rent their apartment, if you do then 10k keep as charge when you move out from the flat. They will charge you anyway! There is no option that I can give them -5 star otherwise I would do that. Anyway, get a life and stop scamming people

Don't rent an apartment through rikshem in gränby uppsala. The rent is ridiculous and the apartments are in poor condition. Everything breaks and rikshem does not fix anything. When you file a complaint with rikshem they don't take you seriously. Talking to anyone who works at rikshem is like pulling-teeth. It gets to the point where you don't want to talk to them at all. You'd rather cut your own finger off than talk to someone at rikshem because it is less excruciating. When something breaks in the apartment (and it will because everything in these apartments are cheap crap) you'd rather fix it yourself or pay someone else to fix it. Rikshem won't anyway.
I can certify that rikshem is one of the worst landlords in Uppsala in Sweden that exists because they have no control over the stairwells and tenants who rent from rickhem because there are those who have criminal backgrounds or are criminals who rent, apartments at rikshem in Gränby in Uppsala Sweden it is very poor control over the tenants because that is how you have, control of everything that happens
It's disappointing that Trustpilot doesn't offer the choice to rate with negative stars. Rikshem has been an extremely unsatisfactory real estate company. My brother recently moved into one of their apartments, and it's been a nightmare. The oven doesn't work, the food saker is broken, the lights are faulty, and there are numerous unsightly things. The worst part is that they refuse to address these issues, and their discriminatory behavior is evident. I could go on and on about their incompetence. It's truly maddening.
Not recommended. Incompetent and unreasonable staffs. Try so hard to make their tenants pay for things that didn't even exist since move in.
