Bought my husband one of the Howard Hughes models. It was beautiful, packed well and shipping was well handled. I followed tracking all the way from London. While it took a little while to cross the pond, it’s well worth it!

I’ve bought 6 Riley watches over the last 2 years - nothing but positive comments to say about Sam and the Riley team - even when a minor issue occurred it was resolved immediately

I bought a second Riley, a beautiful Bessie , a few weeks back . She's just as well made as my Heritage automatic and does day duty as she's beautifully light and easy to wear .

Delivery was fast and efficient as it was with my Heritage , so it's really disappointing to see some negative reviews at this time of year when a very small family business has tried as hard as they can to fulfil orders in time for Christmas , negotiating the vagaries of duties , couriers and seasonal delays.

My own experience has been superlative on both occasions I've dealt with Riley and I can recommend them 100 per cent

This is by far my most favorite watch. I love collecting watches but the quality, craftsmanship and personal experience is the best. I would recommend these watches to anyone as everything about this company is amazing.

I purchased the pale blue Howard Hughes HH01 roughly 18 months ago. I get comments every time I wear it. It looks amazing and the brown soft leather strap is very comfortable. Would recommend this watch and company.

I ordered one of their “Almond” watches and really enjoy it. The shipping was fast and free which is saying a lot for an international shipment, and the watch is fantastic. It’s well built and looks even better than the picture. The only thing I don’t love is the quality of the steel band doesn’t really match the quality of the timepiece so next time I order from them, I’ll choose a different band. Easy 5 stars though!

I received a Riley watch for Christmas this year. It’s a unique beautiful design. I love it. There are a lot of negative reviews about shipping time. This is probably due to the Christmas rush. My shipping was fine because it wasn’t ordered at the last minute. I will definitely be ordering again

I ordered a Hughes Chronograph HH1 — absolutely love the watch, but realized I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I emailed Riley Watch Co and received a prompt, courteous response with instructions on how I can exchange it. I only have to pay return shipping. I know Riley is taking a big hit on my mistake, as they now have to pay shipping to the U.S. and tariffs TWICE. As a new customer I appreciate the kindness. Would definitely order from them again!

Wish I’d found them sooner! Big watch AND aviation history family over here so I was smitten from the start.
Watches were dispatched quickly and arrived overseas in just a few days.
The Earhart automatic is lovely, I’ve barely taken it off since it arrived. Feels quality, looks great on.
The Hughes chrono is to gift and it looks fantastic, I know the recipient will be over the moon.
Boxes were meh for gifting but half the point is this is a niche handbuilt microbrand so I daresay it’s not an issue!
Overall very pleased and looking to order more soon.
