The caps look great the glue l, sticks everything but the caps.

Sorry to hear issue with the caps. The glue we use is a really expensive type of superglue designed especially for hard to bond to rubbers, but you need to hold it in place for about a minute and once done, you will get a permanent bond.

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this product.
I followed the instructions and paid my friend who is a mechanic to install these rimblades to a vehicle I purchased just over a month ago as I wanted the most and best protection for my vehicle.
However not long after installing this product 2 of the rimblades started peeling off.
One completely came off and the other is still peeling away.
I thought by buying this product directly from the suppliers firstly I was getting a bargain and secondly there would be no issues.
However this isn't what's happened in my case and there is an issue with the quality of this product which I needed to address and would like this issue to be rectified as soon as possible.

These are old clearance stock hence being sold off at half price and an additional note was included with your order explaining this. According to our order software we only have a record of you buying a set of joint covers from us so are not sure where you bought the Rimblades from or how old the stock was or even if still in date. We have some dealers that buy up out of date stock and sell through online platforms etc, which can be really annoying.

Very Disappointed
Rim blades are a good product for someone who washes their own vehicle. If you take your car to the car wash chances are your rim blades will only stay on for a few months. I did contact the company when mine were falling off and they were quick to send me two more. I bought into the sanding technique to make the rim smooth and took all the proper steps. One month later they are falling off again. I think they are a great concept however not for everyone. I am disappointed that I have spent over $150 and have nothing to show for it. When it is time to buy new tires you better plan on buying more rim blades. They will not stay on when you change the tires out.

Bit of a mixed review there Ken. I assume you are in the USA, so would have bought our Rimsavers version from our US dealer and not direct from us as we have no orders from you in our system. The US drive in car washes unfortunately have big rails so if you hit them it's the same virtually as hitting a kerb and they will protect the rims, but need replacing after impact as are a sacrificial barrier. In our FAQ section on the website, we do suggest it is best practice to change Rimblades when tires are changed in case damaged in the process.

Impossible if properly fitted, but they are covered under our bond guarantee warranty. Scan the QR code that came with them to register your warranty and we can sort replacement. Helpful if you can also send us some pics of the wheels and details of how they failed, so we can give advice on how to prevent this.
