MUST HAVE
I could not recommend this enough! I emailed the company to make sure the Rimgard would fit my car and they were quick to respond, within 24 hours, and was able to provide me their professional opinion. Installation was quick and easy and I now have more peace of mind for my car

Excellent product (Rimgard One Gen2) and perfect customer support, always open to discuss the future, potential improvements and answering weird questions from the customer.
This latest buy was done online with the option to pick it up from their office. Got there less than 1h after ordering and the person opening the door basically handed me the package asking "Roger, right?" :)

RimGard for the win
This lock set is low profile and looks great. I would have preferred a silver cap for the locks instead of black ones. Hopefully in the future you guys will have a choice.

Dear Tyana, we truly apologise for the experience of a slow response, but we can assure you that it has been handled in the fastest way possible.
The explanation lies in the unfortunate chain of events of 6-9 hours time difference, a bank holiday and the office closed on weekends.
We did receive your e-mail Thursday - afternoon our time. And of course - a day where most Swedes will leave a little earlier for celebrating Valpurgis. Your e-mail was left unanswered.
Friday was Swedish Labour day and a national bank holiday.
Followed by a closed office over the weekends.
This is of course hard for you to know, and we could have worked on putting the sign up properly for you and others who have patiently waited for answers of various kinds. Failure acknowledged, improvements being implemented.
Your return and refund process should be all in progress by now. We are very sorry the lock did not fit your vehicle, but we can assure you that you will get your money back, with no intention to hold them for any time longer than necessary.
