Businesses beware Worst Overpriced VOIP
You cannot imagine how much time you will waste and how much effort and pain using this company is.
1) My rep is dead or laid off, I haven't not had any responses from this individual for years. Even though she is listed as my go to support and help.
2) Calling support is a nightmare, i.e 2.5 hrs to modify a pricing plan and (attempt to) change an address.
3) If support is calling you, expect a call at 7AM, and then they close the ticket because you didn't respond.
4) If you ask them to communicate via email, they email and state to call the main support line (so you can be on hold for a few hours.)
5) Chat is a sale, you want to speak to someone about buying things, they will speak to you right away and give you false promises and lie about what kind of service you will get. (see my note about my account rep)
6) If you want to modify your plan, and tell them what you want, they will increase the price on you. Removing a line will cost you MORE per line and it's not relating to bulk discounts or anything.
7) Even if you say on the phone you simply want 1 line and that's it, they will bill you for two. Even if you say I accept to one line, they will bill you for two. (I'm not kidding, I have proof)
8) If you ask them for something, say a corporate address change that is wrong within their system and companies, you need to spend about more than 2 weeks and YOU will have to communicate with their VOIP suppliers, not them. You have to figure out issues on your own because their "System" can't do it.
9) Even if you say exactly what you want, they will modify or neglect to make the changes on the account. They will blame the "system" and how they can't do anything other than charge you more.
10) There is no escalation of issues, there is no manager to review, and there is no recourse for their mistakes. You will pay for them.
11) When I was trying to porting out has a queue of over 40 callers similar to me who want to get out. The line of unsatisfied customers is long.
Overall if you use this company, you will just get screwed and overcharged. There is no escaping a bad company. Stay away from this company, it's horrible and the "system" is designed so you lose emotionally and financially.
