Inferior product and scammed me

I purchased a pair of track pants. They ran extremely small with what turned out to be a 29" inseam, which is 1" less than a "short" inseam, and 3" less than a normal inseam. I returned it the same day. After countless emails, a month later, they acknowledged the return and apologized for the delay in issuing a refund. They never did issue the refund and then told my bank I had not returned the item, even after they wrote a letter acknowledging the contrary.
