The ring arrived within the timeframe given and is really nice! The customer service was also quite fast in replying when I enquired about the ring delivery. The only thing the company could do better is update customers more often about the statu of the order (e.g., order received, in production,etc).

I ordered the 14k yellow gold large trinity knot and it is stunning! I received it in time for Christmas and the quality of it is excellent. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will not hesitate to order from this company again.

The process was easy, especially since the product was produced and shipped from Ireland. The design is great and well detailed, however the ring is thinner than anticipated and the edges not shaped giving a sharp feel around the edges. The ring was a backup to my original wedding ring when I wear stainless-titanium watches, so it performs for what I wanted.

MY husband bought his wedding band here in 2018 - Irish in Aus and wanted a very special ring to remind us of home. It was the yellow and white gold mix. Unfortunately within about a year a section of it chipped off. We emailed and didn't hear a thing. It now sits there collecting dust unfortunately as I tried to repair it for my husband but no jewellers in Perth Australia wants to repair it. My sister in law now emailed them asking for it to be repaired and they want to charge 350 euro to do so. As a wife I want my husband to be able to wear his ring so I have to cough up this money and they said ti could be more once they actually see it. Feel very ignored and don't see warrantee or any guarantees on the website. If your purchasing from here be weary - especially if its a very very special ring!!!

Rings of Ireland seems to be running against the current grain of corporate bastardry. And for that alone they have to be applauded. In an age where corporations frequently display hubris in a shameless manner, I felt Rings of Ireland's conduct was meritorious throughout my dealings with them. I found its level of communication, prompt service and ring measurement system, which produced a ring that fitted with precision the first time, outstanding.

I purchased a ring as a birthday gift for my cousin. It was easy and considerably quick since I live in the USA. The price was fair and they even sent me a free ring sizer upon request prior to ordering. Not only is the ring beautiful but my cousin loves it! I would definitely order from this company again!
