I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order for two of them! Reporting the website now and putting a claim for a refund with my credit card company. As others, the tracking numbers are fake and haven’t received my orders.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. After placing the order I found out they would only start dispatching after more than a month.
I requested cancellation and a refund, but they refused to return my money. In my opinion, this is an unfair way to treat customers.
Customers should not be left waiting for stock while their money is held and cancellation is denied. I would not order from this company again.

Beware Scammers and fraudulent company
This company are completely scammers
I’ve waited over a month and written at least a dozen messages to them. They send a tracking number that does not work and completely refuse to answer a simple question “Where is my package?”
Total cheats and scammers!
**** Further to your response, firstly you state I ordered when you were out of stock, how do you know that if you subsequently go on to ask for my order number?
My frustration arose because side you sent me a tracking number which was not updated for 14 days yet kept telling me I’d receive the product in 5 to 7 business days which you know is a lie****

However there is only 2 levels of speed for the water flow and both are way to harsh and fast, there is no slow flow water option.

I was already using a simple portable bidet but Rinsemate was a major step up. Having a larger reservoir and a more powerful spray means I can be sure of keeping clean. I've found the spray useful in cleaning the lavatory bowl as well!
