I was scammed by this company.
A guy who called himself Nori (his phone number is 0619051182) came in the evening (26 Nov 2025) for clogged kitchen pipe cleaning.
In front before he starts working, he asked me to sign to his phone because of standard regulations what he told me.
Then he used long spring to feel the blockage what he told me and then used a camera inspection device that I didn't see he is he is using the screen to follow where is camera moving. He told me that he took the pictures and there are a lot of white particles/dirt's inside pipes, he never showed me anything for this. Then he used long spring device to reach deep points of the pipes but never measured how deep he went. He asked me to stand behind him to hide how deep the spring is going. After he did this spring unclogging, he told me that he reached 16m, I suspected that he is telling right because there wasn't any indicator on the machine to show how deep the spring goes. At the end he told me that he will do camera inspection again and used his devise without following on the screen how deep the camera went. He told me that he will send me the pictures 7-8 days later. During he was working, he was telling me stories that previous owner of the house never cleaned the pipes, blamed them a lot and told me that they can be charged 80% of the cost. He made up a history in front at the end to scam me easily. He even took the number of the previous owner and at the end added in the invoice. Such a theatre. When he finished his work, he told me that I need to wait 4 hours to drain water in the pipes and at the end he prepared an improper invoice with 2700€ in total without tax, I am totally shocked. I tried to get support from my duch colleagues about details but because of they were busy, I couldn't get a proper support, and in the situation's created frustration, I couldn't think properly. Then he started to negotiate with me that he can make some discount if I pay cash and reduced the bill to 2000€. Because I lost my proper thinking, I agreed to pay cash. He scratched first calculated numbers and added a code 6 note on the invoice; I thought that this is not proper and asked him to prepare another invoice, but he gave me the same one and beside an empty one with just his signature side signed. Afterwards he took the cash then disappeared. After that I wanted to check if the blockage of the pipes solved and I realized that nothing solved. The sewage system started to be clogging again. That was full frustration.
