We respect your personal information. Your Instagram password is encrypted and hashed in our database that no one can copy or view. We also investigate your case. There is no suspicious issue on our side. But still, I feel sorry for your loss. Hope you can find the reasons soon on your side.

The cardinal sin in business is false advertisement. You advertise meaningful engagement, and I was willing to give this a shot base on this, I want genuine people who would like my things, not getting into my account and follow irrelevant accounts so you can charge them to grow 'followers'.
Quick buck mentality: short sighted and will fail quicker than quick sand. Do business the right way please!

Same for me...i am now following bad quality and bad target account and did not grow nothing real...Now i found my account following extreme religious people...Definitely not what i want.
For this, the best is still to interact properly with people. For me the result is bad, as it's not far what i expected. Pleed was an app that closed 1 mont ago but they were growing much better my account without following people. Bad really bad

stressful service
When I signed up the first time, I was hoping to log in and edit my settings to ONLY like photos, not follow accounts. Instead, every time I tried to log in, it said I wasn't in the system. Yet I got two emails from representatives congratulating me on signing up, and the program had been following accounts for me. I emailed them back multiple times and contacted two customer service emails that returned with errors. There was NO customer service and NO way to cancel the trial.
The 2nd time I tried the trial with a new Instagram account, I had no access to any dashboard, but I was able to speak with someone directly on Whatsapp. This person wouldn't stop insisting I play the stupid follow/unfollow game that pisses me off when others do it to me. He even mocked me and said that he was the professional. I finally got him to listen to me. Then nothing happened for 3 days. He added days to my trial, but I was already over it by his attitude and the stressful service so I canceled.
