Booked a "Night Tour of Iguazu Falls" tour through this agency only for them to cancel the next day as the tour was not infact available. Ripioturismo were efficient in refunding us what we paid, but we lost out by about 15USD because of currency fluctuation. They refused to refund us for that, even though we had lost out through them selling to us a tour that no longer existed.

he Perito Moreno Glacier tour was unforgettable! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The glacier itself was massive, and the boat ride offered an amazing perspective of the ice wall. The highlight was definitely seeing the glacier up close from the water. To top it off, having an adult beverage with glacier ice at the end was a perfect touch. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience nature at its most impressive!

Our flight was cancelled and so we could not make our transfer. I reached out to the provider they assigned to see if we could reschedule. They took some time to respond, but eventually came through and reschedule d.

Our experience was a day trip to Iguazu Falls in 2022 during Argentina's Soccer World Cup final game a couple of years ago. Everything went off with out a hitch. The drivers were there right on time at the hotel in the morning and at the airport at night. Gustavo was there at the airport in Iguazu to pick us up, also right on time. He was a wonderful tour guide!

My only experience with Ripio Turismo was for Iguazu Falls both sides, they were great easy and fast to answer any questions that came up. Mauro Levin was our agent and he was great. If we ever have a need to want to go back to Iguazu Falls they are the company I will go to. I will contact them to see if they can help us out in any other areas of South America.

We used them for our time in Iguazú Falls. We went to both sides of the Falls and to Paraguay as well as airport transfers - always on time, good English skills and comfortable transportation. Hotel recommendation was also very good. I would use again.

The scenery on this tour is just astonishing, spectacular from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, too. The single downside was when we had to stand in a long line to pay for entry tickets to Glaciers National Park outside in a brutal wind - I wish the tickets were included and they would just add the price to the price of the tour. Aside from this, we were picked up right on time, our included gourmet box lunch was particularly good and included a drink and dessert, and the staff were all helpful, informative, and very friendly. They really added to the experience. Well worth the money. I'd highly recommend this tour!

I discovered Ripio Turismo from an internet search several years ago when I was first planning a trip to Iguazu Falls to follow a cruise around South America. Due to COVID, our cruise was cancelled and rescheduled several times, but I maintained contact with Ripio during that period. The original agent was responsive and very easy to work with, customizing our tour to suit our preferences. When she left Ripio Turismo, Ramiro Rodriguez took over our proposed itinerary. We had booked far in advance, and for over a period of a year or more, I found Ramiro to be helpful, responsive, and patient with my many questions. He tailored the tour to our schedule and followed up with timely issuance of our vouchers and flight documentation once final payment was made. The guides were excellent. The first tour was a half-day private tour of Buenos Aires. The guide met us on time at the cruise terminal and gave us a wonderful tour of the city to get us oriented, and then later in the week we toured on our own. She also suggested a side trip to a small town called Tigre, which is built on a series of canals. It was fascinating, and Ripio offered a very reasonable cost for the half-day Tigre group tour. Our trip to Iguazu went without a hitch. The guide, the drivers, and the flights were all arranged to perfection. We ended up with a private tour of Iguazu Falls, for both the Argentinian and the Brazilian sides. Our guide Lorena was lovely and very enjoyable to be with. I did decide to book our air through Ripio Turismo since I previously had difficulty getting a refund from Aerolineas Argentina (on my fully refundable fare) when COVID caused cancellations. We opted again for the refundable fares, and Ramiro quoted a fair and reasonable price compared to booking directly with the airline. Although Ramiro made hotel suggestions and offered competitive prices, I did book our hotel directly with the venue and ended up with a fabulous Black Friday price on the Gran Melia Iguazu. The advantage of booking with the hotels directly in Argentina was that we also had the advantage of competitive exchange rates with our credit card, and in the end when the credit card statement arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the amount paid was much less than the quoted rates. All in all, we had a great trip and were very pleased with the tours and services offered by Ripio Turismo. I would highly recommend Ripio Turismo for those looking for tours in Argentina.
