I love Ripple yoga wear

I love Ripple yoga wear! Have several pairs of pants which are very comfortable. Material feels good on the skin and washes well. Customer service is great. Only drawback is the price otherwise I would buy more.

High Quality Products

I was a little hesitant about making a purchase, due to some negative reviews here, but I decided to go for it and I'm glad I have.
I found this brand through a yoga teacher that was wearing their clothes to classes, and they really looked good. I decided to order since I'm sick of all the very synthetic fabrics found in most activewear.
I ordered a pair of pants, and they arrived within 5 days (I live in NY). The pants are VERY flattering, clearly made well, and made of organic cotton. So yes, they cost more, and with good reason.
As for returns, you should read their return policy, which is on the site and is very clear. I had some questions and their customer service (by email) was very quick to reply and also helpful.
I do recommend checking their sizing, which is a bit different than the usual.

All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and interaction with this brand, and I'll return there. They seem like a small business that works hard to create a high quality product and making their customers happy.

Poor…

Sell a product that is the quality that you can justify the correct costing should be around £10...my ride had no improvement wearing these shorts... 1/10

Totally worth the investment

I was hesitante at first to spend so much online but after seing my yoga teacher in her jumpsuits (she has one in blue and one black) - I had to try it for myself.
I'm super satisfied! The fit is actually true to the guide *don't give up on really taking the measuring tape*.
Fabric is amazing and washes well.
Love it

I have no complaints

I ordered the rider shorts before reading all these bad reviews, if I had seen them I would not have ordered. However I was kept up to date with clear tracking information so knew when to expect the item and it turned up in a reasonable time, I wasn’t aware it was being shipped/dispatched from outside of the UK, but I have them. They fit great, so I currently have no complaints. I will update this once I have given them some miles on my annual tour later in July.
Ok, after spending a considerable amount of time on the bike over a week my feedback is as follows. Yes they make a difference as I tried without for one of the days. But definitely not a game changer or something I would buy again. I think my sheepskin is more effective.

Cannot return items

You cannot return items if you bought stuff with a promo code. This means all sale is final, even if you used a promo code on full-priced items. No where on their site says this explicitly. During my entire time shopping on their site I did not see "Final Sale" or anything similar. This is a horrible business practice!!

Items itself felt cheaply made and horribly overpriced. Don't buy!

I made a comment on their instagram post promoting a sale saying beware that it's a final sale. They deleted the comment and blocked me!!

Ripped Off By A Supposedly Sustainable Company

I recently ordered a pair of pants from Ripple. The pants happened to be slightly discounted (from $115 to $92), which was nice. However, when they arrived, they were a very poor fit. The uppers of the pants fit fine, but I couldn't pull the bottoms up over my feet and I have really narrow feet, so something was obviously wrong with the sizing of these pants.

I emailed Ripple to return them and was told that because they were on sale, they were non-refundable. They told me that there were messages on the listing page and the checkout page explaining that this was a final sale. I didn't recall seeing these messages, so I went back to their website to check and found that the Ripple employee was indeed wrong...there was nothing on any of these pages regarding final sales. After some looking, I did find a "Returns" web page that simply states, "Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as, but not limited to, gift cards, sales items, or limited edition items." So this information is conveniently buried from customers.

I emailed the Ripple employee back explaining that the final sale message was not on the listing or the cart pages and, because of the omission of this extremely valuable information, again requested a refund. They replied and told me they would not allow me a refund. They said they would be willing to do an exchange, but I would have to pay for the shipping back to Israel (where they are evidently located), which is expensive.

So now I'm stuck with $94 pants that would very likely not fit over anyone's feet or ankles. Ripple claims to be a sustainable company but forcing customers to keep garments that they can't wear isn't a sustainable practice.

I absolutely do not recommend buying from them. They are not transparent about their sales, their sizing is very off (at least for the pants I got), and they do not care about customer satisfaction.

Company ripped me off they have proof…

Company ripped me off they have proof of delivery from July 1 delivered to the wrong house not mine. They refused to make good on the two pieces of clothing I ordered for $120. I’ve contacted them 60 times and I’m gonna continue to post about them on every social media platform. I can find they are a rip off. I don’t even even believe they’re in Israel. I think they’re truly located in China using child labor law

Sneaky Political Donations

Clothes are very comfortable and well made, albeit very expensive.

I looked at this companies instagram to learn more about it, and discovered it is an Israeli company. Further, that they are donating 25% of their proceeds to those rehoused after 10/7. I am ok with my money being spent on civilian aide, but I find the lack of transparency very sneaky. I wanted to make sure they were taking a bipartisan approach, so I commented on two of their benefit posts and asked, verbatim "may I ask what is being done to help your Arab friends and neighbors?"

They blocked me.

I am deeply unimpressed by this company taking a deliberate nationalist approach, hiding it from their global customers, and blocking those who would ask what they are doing for their LARGER community- not just their immediate one.

I combed the site a second time, looking for any mention of the donations in question or even that the store is Israeli, and couldn't find any. I cant help but think this is on purpose. In their mission however, they express many sentiments I do not believe these actions reflect. I encourage the company to reflect upon and revise these values as necessary.

As I have been shown that I am unwelcome in their community, I will not be a repeat customer.

Peace for all people. Namaste.

Quality garment construction, slim sizing

I ordered a number of items from Ripple Yoga Wear as part of a Black Friday sale- the organic slouchy unisex pants in the beautiful cobalt green, three criss-cross tank tops in various shades, and 1 criss-cross bra. I used their sizing tool and found the items to either be meant to fit quite tightly or that they ran small. I have broad shoulders but a slender torso which does make it hard to find tops that fit right. With the company based in Israel (I'm in the US) return postage would have come at a fairly high cost to run an exchange, so I opted to keep what I have hoping that with time and wear, the fabric will soften a bit. The quality of the garment construction is really high and I like that the fabric is comprised primarily or cotton or modal as opposed to synthetic material. The cut of the clothing is flattering with shaping seams as opposed to straight down the sides, which means that even though the garments are form-fitting, the seams aren't aggravating. Colors are true to what is shown which is appreciated since many advertisers play with image saturation to make things look different from what they are. I like that they show the garments on models of different sizes and shapes and provide some size context. The pants are fantastically comfortable and do have pockets, so the designs are thoughtfully done. Overall, I would recommend them, just size up unless you want things to fit as a second skin.
