The apron arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped. The fabric is excellent quality and the leather straps feel sturdy yet soft. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size for my son, but after a brief phone call, he was sent a larger replacement. The after sales service is vey good and I would have no hesitation in recommending this U.K. based company. It was also interesting to note that the aprons can be made to suit left handed people, which my son is. Great stuff !

Everything was lovely apart from washing instructions, my leather straps do not come off, I am yet to wash it, at £155 I am sceptical about the hole thing, fingers crossed

What more can I say about Carla and her team? Truly remarkable customer service. Oh yea the aprons the absolute best a Chef can buy. The quality are the best on the market I have several that I have bought from them and they last, unlike many others on the market. If you are looking for the best quality and craftmanship which is very important for a chef these are the aprons to get.

I recently purchased an apron from Risdon & Risdon, and while the quality and craftsmanship are impressive, I wouldn't say it lived up completely to the rave reviews I read beforehand. The customer service was helpful, and the attention to detail is clear, but for me, it didn’t quite hit the mark to justify all the hype. An overall decent experience, but I’d call it good, not extraordinary—3 stars.
