I was told from the the guy in the sales department that I could get 100 up and 50 down they came out and installed the internet and it is terrible not even close to the speed maybe they should promise things they can’t keep

Our appointment window was for 8-12. Called multiple times trying to receive updates. Installer did not arrive until almost 3 in the afternoon. Rise should compensate people for their time with atleast a free month of service.

From the operator who set my appointment up to the technician that came to install equipment, all were friendly and helpful. The technician, even though he suffered a bad crick in his inexhaustible two days prior, helped me pick my large tv up to rest on its spot!! Above and beyond the call of help

My installer was awesome
My installer was awesome! He made the whole thing painless.
Update: I have been using Rise Broadband for about a month now and I have to say I have not been disappointed. I was worried that living out of town that I would never get fast internet and Rise saved the day! I'm exremely happy!

Rise Broadband fixed wireless beats Frontier's hands down.
I was previously on Frontier's fixed wireless internet. Their service went down at least twice per day. I would have to power off the router for about 10 minutes to reset the signal. I have been on Rise for 1 week and the the service has been on continuous. I get double the download speed and a nice increase on my uploads. I have nothing but Raves for the Rise service!! I highly recommend them if you need fixed wireless internet.

Cameron, our installer is one of the few individuals you come across in this day and time that knows how to deliver superior customer service. He knew we would not be able to receive 256 mbps and was upfront before proceeding to ensure Rise Broadband's reputation was not damaged. He also ensured the brochure we received honored the free installation clause. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Install was flawless and we now have coverage in our entire two story home. Cameron also advised that we would be able to upgrade in a few months as a tower to the south of our location is scheduled for upgrage to deliver 256 mbps.
