Fraud!!
I bought 1 PS lifetime license: after 20 days expired, then mailed and they reactivated it (without respond anything), BUT after another month it totally expired. They still don't respond neither reactivate it.

I bought Photoshop licence on March 2022 and after 3 months I got them automatically expired unexpectedly!
I tried to get in contact to ask for clarifications but no answers at all!
Please don't use this service to get licences!

Purchase expired - no reply by customer support
I bought 3 licenses from them, after effect, photoshop and illustrator.
It all worked well except after some weeks I have received an email from Adobe stating Rise Key canceled (or did not renew) the subscription so all my purchases stopped fully working.
I wrote to the support email and on whatsapp, they solved, without giving me an exhaustive answer to the problem, sending me new keys, I thought I had solved ...
Today, after another couple of weeks, I received yet another email from adobe plus an expired license notice giving me a week of time, I wrote EVERYWHERE, on the support email, on the info email, on whatsapp, in the live chat and NEVER received any response.
Bad service and even worse customer management ... extremely disappointed with what happened.

Purchase expired - no reply by customer support
I have purchased two licenses from. Adobe (Photoshop and Lightroom) advertised with no expiration date nor subscription needed on the Rise Key website.
My order went through and I received the confirmation emails and the links to download them.
It all worked well except after two weeks I have received an email from Adobe stating Rise Key cancelled (or did not renew) the subscription so both my purchases stopped fully working.
I have written to the Rise Key help desk and texted the WhatsApp number in the help section but no reply was received nor feedback provided.
As for today it looks like I purchased a two weeks subscription only, which is not what I was promised by Rise Key.

They deactivate Adobe Creative cloud year license after 2 weeks and nobody is answering.
The company and VAT number is under the name of RESTIVO MARTINO and it has been open on February 2022.

Very good site where to get reliable software either for Windows or MacOs at extraordinary prices.
I bought a program and although I initially experienced some problem with its installation, I wrote to their customer care that promptly sent me a new download linked that worked perfectly . My compliments
