So I didn’t get alone, but the gentleman I talked to on the phone was professional kind courteous, and very human. I’m 55 years old and I deal with a lot of rude people on the other end of the phone and Owen was incredible at this company. Once I get my credit straightened out I will be giving him a call back to see if he can get me financed. Keep up the good work, Owen you’re an absolute stud and I hope your managers read this and give you a raise. You deserve it. I have repeatedly tried to contact my senior advisor to assist me, logging into my dashboard, and to inform me where to make my payments and whatever else might be lacking for this loan to be complete and repayment can start the phone number I’ve called is never been answered and today I sent an email Expressing that I still await his response and assistance like he promised
