Brilliant company, I had 4 windows and 2 doors replaced, everything was done to a professional standard and competitively priced, highly recommend

Huge letdown in service.
We ordered a 9 windows and patio doors for our house. Despite explaining our made to order expectations (gaps no bigger than 5-10mm each side, Zak said 10mm each side in total which we were very happy with) and intention to achieve biggest possible glass allowing natural sunlight in, we received windows which are about 30-40 too short, so the gaps are between 30-50mm in total in high. There are many other issues like: installing damaged door frame, making around 30mm damadge to the shower window panels, installing the patio door not in level with the wall (this was poorly refitted after a long explanation and now the door is squeaky, one of the window sills was fitted at the wrong angle, and after refitting we have a gap from the inside between the sill addition and the window frame, a few glasses in the windows are scratched/chipped, the foam which should fill all the gaps have been put with gaps and we can fill the cold air especially when the wind is stronger. The job should be finalized at the beginning of August and in the middle of December, we still struggle to get an agreement and finalisation with the company.

The company should adjust their system to inform honestly people whether they are able to order proper made to measure size of the windows or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will be as expected. There should also be a shorter finalization time and better customer service. They could do better with advice when someone asks for a low profile and maximum light and do not offer vents or sills as those additions adds extra few inches to the frame which work against it.

Absolutely no problems with this company. They fitted good quality windows and doors to our house quickly and efficiently and even cleared up after themselves. Also a really nice bunch of people! We have now asked them to do some extra work we were only thinking of having done as we were so impressed with them. We would absolutely recommend them.
