Rising Wings Mini Golf King - terrible customer support

Rising Wings has a mobile app named Mini Golf King. The game messes with you with forced losing streaks - presumably to cause you to lose all your coins and/or gold bars so you end up having to make a purchase to replenish the coins and gold bars.

But what causes me the most distress is their terrible customer service. I made 2 purchases which were never rewarded to me in the game and I have been trying to get a refund for a month now.
