Fantastic calculator and great customer service. I accidentally paid 3 times and the response was rapid with the payments reverted. Also have been using this with my trading and it makes MT5 so much easier to use. Thanks again

I've been using this Risk calc tool in my trading for years. It has always been an amazing tool and for years it has been a must to make sure my risk is setup correctly in each trade I enter. It works great, they have made great improvements/updates to the tool over my time of using it. The support is also helpful with any issues you may have with the tool in your metatrader. I recommend this tool to traders that need/want to manage their risk properly.

Cannot trade without this tool, it has made my trading experience a whole lot easier to manage, simple yet effective. highly recommend. Customer support is super efficient and know their %%%% :-)

Excellent customer service, I had a slight issue and got it sorted out almost immediately. Also I love the fact that they are always updating their product which is very useful for me when I'm on the charts, this is a few years I've been with them and loving every moment thus far.

The most arrogant and disrispectful support service ive never met. Complet fraudolent service managed in a disgusting way, support service its anonymous, you dont know who are talking with, but this person used my personal informations against me. The customer support need to be completly formed how treat customers in a decent way.

Like the best of products, Risk Calculator is so simple and smart - though that belies the work that goes on under the bonnet, so to speak. It has transformed my trading experience. Not only am I more confident and more in control, my trading now takes no time at all. Good support too.

THE BEST risk management app to use for desktop trading, new update looks so much better would highly reccomend!

Definitely not for scalpers. :D It's laggy, and you get the feeling that you never really know if anything is going to happen when you click a button.

EDIT: After making this review, I received an email from the company "offering me help". However, in reality all the mail offered was that I could get a refund if only I would remove the review.

Sorry, but the removing my review just doesn't make the product any better.

It works great, this is hands down the most affordable and easiest option for calculating risk. I dont know why its getting low reviews to be honest.

It works well! Make sure to complete all instructions for install.

I was disappointed with this calculator. Had I seen the review I would not have installed it on my device.
The calculator keeps closing automatically when evre I open it

Bad experience

The app and software is really great, it works perfectly assuming you follow their instructions. If you had seen my previous review it was about the horrendous customer support however after I had complained they kindly reached out and apologized and made sure all the necessary steps were taken to see that the person that helped me was then given additional training. Although the experience was bad, it was not the company or the product that was bad, it was just a person who I was dealing with. Thank you to the company for owning up to the mistake and I have trust that the person was correctly dealt with.

Loaded exactly as instructions. First trade crashed the platform . Reloaded then would not work , Reloaded again managed one trade , then crashed MT4 again . Watching the You Tube video looks great, in reality will cause so many headaches. One star review is not accurate should be minus 5

I have been trying this one out for a month, i like the concept, i would really like an EA that calculates risk management like this one does but i couldnt use this one and had to remove it.

It lagged enourmesly. Sometimes it could take almost a minute before lines appeard after clicking Calculate sell or buy buttons. And sometimes it could take almost a minutte before it actually opened the trades after pushing the buttons.

It also made my MT5 lagg and sometimes just completly get stuck. After removing the app everything worked fine again, so i reinstalled to see if it might have been just a fluke or my nettwork conection, but MT started lagging again. I kind of suspect it could be because it have to send a ping to the calculators server to first to approve the usage sins its subscription based and you cant use it unless you give it your MT terminal number.

Its Laggy, and its expensive. 9.99 montly subscription for something thats not reliable.

Hi, I'm writing this review because after trying to troubleshoot this none working risk calculator with Oanda tech support and riskcalculator.app tech support...for me, it still will not stay on my chart long enough to input my risk and ratio and then hit enter to initiate a trade. riskcalculator.app is now telling me to try another broker and test it on their MT4 platform. Believe it or not, I've spent at least 8 hrs. trying to load and use this calculator...I will not spend another second trying to get it to work. Also, tech support had a slight attitude when helping me. Time is money and time is of the essence...And, I don't have time for this BS...

This will give you a huge advantage if you are new to trading and even if you have been trading for a long time. It is a must-have for me to manage my risk appropriately while trading and has been a key role in making me a profitable trader.

Full of fake reviews, i bought the product. U have to use windows 8 compatability just to make it work and then it makes your whole trading window look really weird and everything has low resolution just to work. In summary, They have fake reviews and an old non functional product basically.
