We have been using AssessNET by Riskex for the past 2 years. The technical support given has been fantastic. Issues and queries are responded to in a timely manner.

Our team utilise the Risk Assessment Module, Doc manager, H&S reporting and audit modules. All work really well for our business and would recommend the system to any business looking for an all in one H&S solution.

What a refreshing change- a system that they willingly adjust to meet our needs and not "here is the system- adjust what you need to us". Listening and quick resolutions- just what I need

We currently only use the risk assessment module but it is really user friendly and very effectively allows you to manage assessments, open actions, opportunities for improvement, etc. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have been working with AssessNet since the end of 2023 when we started to set up the system and tailor it towards my specific needs. In January we went live and so far I am very happy with what the system brings to the table. I am still discovering the systems full potential but for the price bracket that it falls in to I think you will be hard pressed to find better. Importantly the team at Riskex are also always on hand to assist you and to listen to your suggestions. What is also very useful to know is that they have not just created a product and rolled it out, they are always looking to improve the system so it is always moving forwards. Riskex is not so much a purchase but a journey. Be confident that you will meet your legal obligations while promoting a great culture within your company. I fully recommend this product and I hope people enjoy it as much as I do.

The RISKEX AssessNET System is used by all our teams globally, the site is multilingual and we use English, French and Polish, which is a great help with our sites abroad, we use the system for logging all accidents and incidents and takes us directly to HSE for RIDDOR reportable where required, and any appropriate Guidance. Our employees log Hazards on the system therefore making us a proactive safety culture for the global business. All of our HSE and Energy audits putting our own templates on which could be process or ISO audit requirements, and these are scored to determine the gaps in areas of compliance to the standards. RISKEX are always looking at new modules to help manage HSE&En and they keep the site up to date with recent legislation. The RISKEX AssessNET system is helping our company Globally manage our HSE&En management systems. When we hit roadblocks which we sometimes do, the Help desk is very good and always has the answers to our questions and ensure we are back on track as soon as possible, the training plans on the system are very good and they save time by letting the employees who use the system train at their own pace. All in all a good system we have been using for a number of years and continue to learn as we are managing our own HSE& EN systems through AssesNET.

System allows for effective risk and incident management with everything in one place.
The team are responsive, helpful and work as valued partners in delivering safer systems.

From initial contact with sales staff, to having AssessNet as my health and safety management system everything went well.
Everything was explained and there were no hidden extras.
The training given was at my convenience and was clear, precise and valuable.
The Helpdesk always provided patient advise and the guys would always call back with results when they said they would.
The AssessNet system is easy to use and was of great help when auditing my safety systems.

Used RiskEx when I was an Interim Manager at an NHS Trust. Good for audits and risk assessments and the team at RiskEx were always very responsive

I am not based in the UK, but we adopted their system despite differences in H&S legislation. Effectively, we have to log in once a year, check a risk assessment, update it as required and sign it off. This normally would take about 1-2 minutes. Their password policy and security measures to access their system are so unreasonably excessive that it is more strict than several UK banks and it makes users' life unnecessarily difficult.

When this one-minute job escalated into a 20-30 minute ordeal just for the privilege of gaining access to their system, I sent them a rather frustrated support ticket, along with some suggestions on how not to upset the user, highlighting that these security measures are objectively too strict for something that essentially has been and can be done on an Excel sheet.

Well, these people not only have issues with analytics and reasoning, but it turned out they also have issues with language comprehension as well.

They misinterpreted my remarks as threats, and they blocked me. They didn't even ask me to clarify. As an added bonus, one of their chief intellectuals (a certain Q. M.) ended up stalking me on social media. No messages, just profile views from IP addresses around Milton Keynes. I waited a week or so to see how this activity changes. If any of you Riskex management level people read this, please make him understand that none of you have the luxury of being exempt from UK law just because someone tries and fails to use your system from abroad and then dares complaining about it. Educate said chief intellectual that if he wishes to say something, he is more than welcome to do so, but this level of creep is unprofessional, intolerable, and quite frankly, sad.

If you are a decision maker for a prospective client and you read this, take this as an example of how they do support. They will handle you no different when you are in need. Think about this before you decide to award them with a fat contract, and perhaps most importantly, do not rely on these people, do not rely on their system, and do not rely on their support. Always have local backup copies of your health and safety documents.

On the plus side, when you are lucky enough to be able to log in, the system is vaguely usable, which is why I am not giving one star.

Its always difficult to select an online service if you have no previous experience of it or what it can offer you. The difference for me was not the high level of service provided before I bought the product, which was great but then they are always interested in that before you hand over the cash. The real difference is the way that Linda and the team have been since we bought the system. The customer service has been exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and they frequently either ring or email me to ensure that I am happy and that I am getting the best of out the service. The platform is great and suits our needs and we are able to extend as our experience grows with it so is fully flexible. I would highly recommend.

For me, when deciding what management software to go for was an absolute mine field, and for most, you needed a big budget allowance! With Riskex you will get personal support and also support via the system itself, and the response/fix rates is excellent! First time of using a software system and I must say I regret not getting into the 21st Century a lot sooner! Here you have a package which you can build on to suit your own needs, and at the same time have an excellent governance system to ensure there is accountability and assurance of compliance. I work in an industry where we have different operating systems, but with some fine tuning by the AssessNET team, it works really well.

Riskex has been a great help to our business, reducing the amount of time we previously had to spend on paper records. Our account manager has been helpful from the outset, and is always available on the end of the phone if we need her.

We have used AssessNET both here in the UK and in our European sites for the past 7 years. I can’t speak higher of Riskex and their support team.

Having used the system for sometime now, I have always found it very easy to use, especially with the new mobile apps.

Riskex has provided MiniClipper Logistics with their free AssessNET Covid-19 Health Assessment module. It is proving to be a very useful tool indeed. So easy to use, great status dashboard, user friendly with a quick and simple process to follow. The module is a fantastic addition to our existing suite of modules.
