I originally visited in July 2022 for the first stage of complete replacement of all teeth with implants and have waited to write a review until all work completed at the end of November, and then another 2 months of living with my new teeth.
I am so pleased with the whole experience, from the detailed instructions on pick-up from the airport to the follow-up phone calls once back in the U.K.
The Procedure.
Having all your teeth removed over 2 days with bone grafts can sound a bit scary but I was confident I was in safe hands from the first. The 3D Xrays, full pain management, and full explanation via translation was evidence of the high standard throughout. It was fully explained why the procedure needed to be completed over 2 visits (I already suspected this would be the case due to my age). This only convinced me I had chosen a professional service. I had heard tales of people undergoing the whole removal and replacement in one go when it was incorrect and then needing corrective intervention later.
Returning after allowing time for bone grafts to heal
properly (thus ensure safe and enduring replacement with implants) was as professional and supportive as the first visit.
Customer Service.
Outside of the dental treatment, the support and assistance provided was first class. Collection from the hotel to the dental surgery and translating was the practical support, but knowing I could contact someone at any time gave me piece of mind too. The location of the hotel next to a Soup restaurant meant I could eat without teeth, and the days spent waiting for the all clear after the first stage allowed some tourist visits within walking distance.
I have already recommended this clinic (and passed the contact details for Risis International Healthcare Centre) personally to several people who are considering full dental replacement and have complemented me of the finished article.

I had a wonderful day in Turkey and Staff were caring and supporting. I stayed in a nice hotel and I was taken everywhere I needed to go during my stay. Staff were friendly and the treatment was excellent and professional. I am even planning to visit once again for some other treatment.

I had laser eye surgery with Risus Clinic. My experience was very enjoyable and Menekse was always available to help and chauffeured me around during my trip. The whole experience was 5 stars from the hotel to the hospital and the service. The surgery was only 3 minutes per eye and was painless, the only pain I experienced was when my eyes were healing after the surgery for about 3 hours but it was bearable. Now that I have had the surgery I would 100% recommend it to everyone as it is the best decision of my life and I am so happy to be able to see without glasses or contact lenses.
