Great selection of unique jewellery on their website. I bought a necklace for my girlfriend's birthday, which she absolutely loves. The process was super easy, and it was delivered in a timely manner, in great condition, exactly as described. I would highly recommend!

I have bought a silver plated serving tray from this company. The day the package should have been deliverd I was all day at work. The online tracking information told me that the box was delivered in my letterbox. As this is impossible (Rita's Bazaar comfirmed that the box was much too big to fit in the letterbox) this was very worrying. The package was not delivered elsewhere either. Sadly it would not have been the first time that a package was put down in the street and stolen. I contacted the seller, Rita's Bazaar to ask to open a claim with the Post office to search for the package. They assured me they did this. As I had paid Rita's Bazaar 40€ for the delivery costs I assumed the shipment had been insured. One month later I have no news from them and my messages go unanswered and my 170€ order seems to have been lost. So buyer beware: if there is a problem with the delivery or a package is lost this company will not take it's responsibility, even if you have paid for insured shipment.

Rita's Bazaar we're easy and prompt to deal with. They mailed my purchase quickly. Due to the postal strike, (which I had forgotten about) it was taking longer than usual to arrive so I contacted RB and they were sympathetic and helpful. My purchase arrived well protected and in good condition.

Quick communication prior to purchase. Vase was as described and pictured. It took me about 10 minutes to unwrap it, so extremely safely packaged. I would have no hesitation in buying from the shop again.

The sellers are truthful, honest, positive people - I trust them 200% I bought a pair of figurines that I remembered from my childhood and I am so happy to have them in my cabinet and see them everyday and remember the good times I had with my family (parents died young in late 1990s)

I never had much experience shopping for antiques before finding Rita's Bazaar. It always felt a little inaccessible to me - I thought maybe I couldn't tell something beautiful and valuable from the wonderfully quirky or, worse, the ugly. To me at least, Rita's solved all that with its curation. They choose unique items, sure, but also well made items, items that deserve a second (or third, or tenth) home, touched with class and a little nostalgia. It feels more approachable to me. And then when I bought my first piece, I got such wonderful service and attention from the folks at Rita's. I'll definitely continuing shopping here!
