Riteway have been excellent! I had heard of military refunds before but many seemed to charge such high prices that it almost wasn't worth it. Not Riteway, whose rates were very reasonable. They made sure my tax code was managed correctly, so I haven't received any wrong tax payments since my claim.

The people at Riteway were super easy to deal with and helped me to understand all the expenses I could claim on, ensuring everything was captured. This in turn led to a larger refund than I was expecting. They knew all the military acronyms, when even I didn't understand my payslip, and knew who I needed to speak to for assistance with JPA.

When problems came up with HMRC, Riteway were able to deal with them quickly and efficiently, which took the stress off me.

I'll definitely be using them again next year and have already recommended them to others.

First of all they only charge 20% were some other company's are 35%!.
The service was quick and efficient and even when I give some wrong information they changed everything without a fuss and were always prompt to answer my questions via WhatsApp or over the phone.
