Very quick response to customizing my monthly plan for delivery! Sara was quick to get back to me several times and very accommodating to make sure our renewal was set up for the order size and the specific timeline that we requested. Thanks so much!

I ordered Ritual Labs Happy Liver and immediately had second thoughts after placing the order. Within 3 minutes of the order being placed, I reached out to their customer service and immediately got a response from Sara. I was told that the order couldn't be canceled because it was processed already, but not to worry, because I could return the product for a full refund once it arrived. I tried to explain that I just placed the order and it was a Sunday and that there was no way it could be processed already, but was again told don't worry about it at all...You will get a full refund when it arrives and that she was here for me throughout the whole process. 2 weeks later the Happy Liver arrived and when I requested my full refund, they only gave me a partial refund of about 60% of the total I paid. It's a total scam and I just want everyone to me made aware of it. Also, unbeknownst to me, I was enrolled in a monthly subscription for the product, which, thankfully, I saw and was able to get out of. Buyers beware!! Not a reputable company.

Customer service was great. They listened and responded with a good solution.

Overall, a very good experience. The one thing I object to that many companies have adopted is auto renewal. It takes away my choices and, as probably expected/hoped for by the company, ppl forget to cancel.
I prefer to buy once to try and submit subsequent orders if I am satisfied with the product.

It took over a month to resolve my refund but eventually Sara responded and took over the situation and promptly saved the day. After weeks of no response, she did what should have been done from the beginning. Without her, I would have given the lowest rating possible.

Although Customer Service gave me a bad return address and postage is not paid, I am happy I was refunded 100%.

I visited ritual labs website. Next thing u know im being charged 99.99 for a subscription I did not authorize. My bank would not pay this because it looked like fraud. Now affirm is trying to collect from me. I wont pay.

The ordering process and delivery process went well. Have only been using your product for eleven days. Still waiting to see benefits or results of using your product.

When I decided to cancel and was having a hard time, someone helped me and made sure the cancelation got processed.

Customer service handled my concern quickly and very nicely. It would be great if they had a telephone option, but I'm counting on not having a problem going forward.

Cancellation process is circuitous and cumbersome. Order process does not clearly state frequency of delivery when ordering multiple bottles originally.

I first ordered several bottles and after I had paid for them I googled reviews and saw where so many people had a very difficult time getting out of a subscription. Upon reading this I sent an email and I expressed my concerns and told them that I did not want any subscription. They responded and told me mine was not and she would flag it to make sure they didn't do it. One month later I received an email saying they would be shipping my order! I had not ordered anything. You can't call them, you have to email them. I notified my bank because there was a $94.94 charge pending from this company. I emailed them several times and told them that I had all my emails proving that I had been assured that they would not auto ship any orders. Continuous lies, one after another. Pure fraud and little recourse to stop this! I told them not to send this shipment but from what I have seen they are sending it anyway. . All this is completely unnecessary and bad business. Pure fraud! Do not trust them. They are liars and thieves!

i just want to order when i can with no subscription.
it would be helpful to have a one time purchase option.

trying to reach this scam of a company is literally impossible..Stay away from them. Im disputing all my charges and reporting them. Fraud. I never ordered nor signed up for a subscription....

Ordered once. Had received my order and had barely been able to even start using the product and I received an email that they were sending me another “Buy 2 Get 2” because that was what my “subscription” was. Only, I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. I reached out to customer service and they told me that when you order you have to UNCHECK THE BOX that auto signs you up for a subscription. That tells me no one willingly orders again so they have to trick people into “subscriptions”. I returned the package to the address provided (cost me over $10) sent them the tracking number, as they requested and they returned the package back to me as “undeliverable”. Opened a case with my credit card to get my money back.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. PERIOD.

I ordered a three-month supply of Happy Liver and received it on July 2, 2026. I specifically remember not wanting to sign up for the subscription option yet. I'm assuming I accidentally selected it during checkout because, about a month after my original order arrived, another three-month supply was automatically shipped.

I contacted customer service, and they were prompt, helpful, and took care of the situation without any hassle. In my situation, I give customer service a superior rating! My only suggestion is to double-check your order before completing your purchase if you don't want a subscription.

As for the product itself, I'm only in my third week, so it's too early for me to say whether it's making a difference. I'm committed to taking it for the full three months before deciding how well it works. I will let you know in 3 months my honest review..stay tuned!

I ordered a 3 month supply with my first order and had it on auto renew. They sent my next order within a month, which means I hadn't even gone through my first month bottle and still had 2 left. I found that really dumb and asked for a refund as I was going to cancel my auto renew anyhow. They should have the auto renew set to the same interval as your first order, which in my case was for 3 months. I did have to pay for the return shipping of the second order, but then they did process a refund promptly. So, while their auto renew system is not organized, there staff was very efficient and responsive to my concerns.
