Rivalkit saved the day
I knew the lead time on items made to order was long but I planned ahead and was offered a date just in time for our competition. I found the order tracking tool useful and when I became nervous about delivery the customer service team located my order and dispatched in next day 24 hour. We are thrilled. Exactly what we needed, great quality and will definitely order again when the time comes. Thanks all!!

What amazing customer service. Sophie ensured our order arrived pre-xmas and was in constant contact. Would 100% recommend. I even had a reply to an email back on a Sunday within mins!

As most others are saying, quick to take your money but weeks, months or years later you’ll be left with no order and only rude Curt unapologetic emails constantly lying that the order is coming next week.

Ordering a zoot suit at Head of the…
Ordering a zoot suit at Head of the Yarra 2023 and receiving the wrong size some weeks later, I emailed and returned the suit and requesting a medium size. A month or so later, I received a large, not the size I ordered. Frustratingly I returned the zoot suit and requested a refund. To date, although multiple times acknowledging they owed me the money, I have not receive yet. This years Head of the Yarra when Ryan said it had been paid into my account, I was hopeful of final closure. That was several weeks ago and I still have not received my refund.
Terrible customer service…
Up there with one of the worst customer experiences. I've emailed time and time again looking for an update on my order. Finally receive one three weeks later to be told that I should have picked up my kit on raceday a week ago. Meanwhile, I paid for shipping, gave my shipping address. There was no communication directing me to pick up on raceday. The email was unapologetic and rude, stating they could send it next week. Still waiting on my order, no responses to my emails requesting confirmation that my order has been sent.

Kit never arrived. They were useless over email and didn’t get back to me. Complete scam

Highly unprofessional company. disorganisation and failure to uphold promises. Ryan failed to commit to a agreed sponsorship that was agreed 3 years ago and has left the student run club to fix the issue. If you are looking for affordable, or quality kit that will arrive this decade, do not use them for business.

We are a British University rowing team and I have never experienced such speedy and friendly customer service, requests completed within minutes on occasions.

Worst customer service ever!
We are a German rowing club and set up a club page with Rivalkit. The clothing looked good and the designs were great. Unfortunately the customer service is really bad. Our first (and only) club order took ages until it arrived - the last items arrived almost two years after we ordered it and one item never arrived. No money was refunded for the missing item. Nobody reacted on our mails and phone contact was also difficult. When we got someone on the phone we were promised that everything will be better in the future - but nothing happened.
Some of the clothing is great, but some sizes are funny (too small or too big) and the colours (we have a dark green) are different from item to item.
Altogether a big disappointment and we are now looking for a new club clothing supplier!
Very quick delivery!
Recently placed a large order of aios with Rival Kit and was very pleased to receive my entire order in less than two weeks! Ryan was so helpful throughout the whole order process. I have experienced some delays when ordering from this company before but their new system seems so much quicker!
Terrible company, avoid
Terrible. Ordered a t shirt months ago and it was never recieved. Avoid this company. They're rude, they ignore you and dishonestly take your money.

Goods not recieved, no refund
I made a mistake and omitted to put my house number on my delivery address. I emailed immediately and Rival Kit replied asking for my house number, which I gave them. Despite this they sent my order without my house number and it was returned. I emailed again, again they asked for my house number. I emailed asking for confirmation that they would resend and got no response. Again I asked for confirmation or a refund and no response. They completely ignored my emails and I have lost my money. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered

Customer service is nonexistent
Absolutely disgusting customer service- or more accurately said- non existent! I ordered some items and never got them or a reply to the numerous emails I’ve sent… I’m definitely going to seek my rights as a customer 😃😃

Appalling quality items
The items I received are truly appalling quality. Very cheaply manufactured rubbish. Over two weeks to receive responses to emails. There isn’t any purpose that I could recommend this gear for.
Update: Customer service asked what the issue was, I said the quality is so poor that you couldn't use them for sport. They replied - regarding college boat club 'joggers' and boonie, from a company that sells sports kit - "they are not supposed to be sports gear". These are just cheap, tacky, branded novelty items. Be warned!

Unfulfilled Order and Slow Customer Service
Placed an order on the 4th of March. Only one item has arrived so far. After attempting to contact customer service numerous times, I finally got a response over 2 weeks after my initial email. In this email I was told that my shirts had been sent, but this was clearly incorrect.
HRR zephyrs
Ordered custom zephyrs less than 2 weeks before Henley Royal Regatta and they were handed to us - in person - on the day of the event. The extra effort to design the items with the alterations the team had in mind, as well as collecting the items from the courier and hand-delivering just in time is not to be underestimated; it was really appreciated. Would recommend - the customer service was excellent, as is the actual quality of the product. We were even guaranteed arrival of the product in time for our race, with the invoice not arriving until after we received the order. Great job.
